now we all know wcw had problems backstage yada yada yada but why would the first man makes his full entrance with his theme song no titantron but u see him walk out the entrance stage down the ramp and in the ring then the second person's song would hit and he would be already at the apron??? not walking out the stage ALREADY AT THE APRON that just used to piss me off why doesn't the second guy just freaking wait and why isn't someone telling him to wait it really made them the lower product under wwf back when there was competition. Your thoughts? Never thought much of ECW or WCW, but what you're detailing above just sounds like they were cutting time because their broadcast had gone over the allotted time. Happened in WWE before too many times. Particularly when they would edit the nWo entrance. The screen would flash black and get covered in static, and instead of showing the wrestler coming down the aisle, he would already be in the ring and the nWo theme would just be ending.

WCW in the 90's was NEVER as good as WWE. Even when the nWo angle hit, the wrestling in WWE was better. I began watching in late 96 and was always hardcore WWE/WWF and the only reason I started watching some WCW in 98 was to see Bret Hart after he went there.
I later went back and studied tapes and got into older wrestling and I think WCW/NWA was actually better than WWE in the 80's. Particularly 88/89 NWA/WCW is amazing, however, in the 90's and beyond WWE just wiped the floor with WCW. Note that I am not neccessarily talking about storylines because I care most about the actual wrestling and the matches.

Yeah in the period when NWO was taking off the WCW main event slots were full of the older guys so match quality wasn't great but damn they could draw. Plus the undercards are what made WCW PPV's so great, at this time WWF had no-one to pad out their cards & had some shocking undercards. WCW were the opposite, incredible undercards & then lame main events.
