now we all know wcw had problems backstage yada yada yada but why would the first man makes his full entrance with his theme song no titantron but u see him walk out the entrance stage down the ramp and in the ring then the second person's song would hit and he would be already at the apron??? not walking out the stage ALREADY AT THE APRON that just used to piss me off why doesn't the second guy just freaking wait and why isn't someone telling him to wait it really made them the lower product under wwf back when there was competition.
Your thoughts?

That post with the Goldberg photo was funny dawg... Ya they had weird production stuff all the time. Halloween Havok 98 had the best card on paper but the event sucked so bad from long winded interviews from Scott Steiner to terrible matches and camera angles, it just sucked...I'm glad I didn't order it and then just downloaded it 10 years later...ha ha

The thing that really annoyed me about wCw was the fans. They had such disrespect for the wrestlers they would throw garbage in the ring. How is your product supposed to look good when people are throwing trash in it. Sure when Hogan turned I guess I can see. But when every week crapwould get thrown in it just made me turn my tv off. I went to a live event and it almost turned into a riot when people started throwing pennies at the wrestlers and started going over the railings and punching the wrestlers.

Great example of shitty WCW fans: Ultimo Dragon and Rey Mysterio Jr. are wrestling at a Road Wild (1996, I believe) and the fans start a USA chant. They cut to a shot of Sonny Onoo at ringside and he says, "He's (Dragon) from Japan and he's (Mysterio) from Mexico... stupid Americans." Classic Sonny. |

I never watched WCW as often as I did WWF while they were competing, but WCW's undercard was always superior and that is what bothered me is that those guys were never given the respect they deserved.
The luchadores and smaller talent could put on excellent matches night in and night out, yet it was ultimately always about the veterans and their sloppy ring work. Sure, they were the ones drawing the money, but at least throw a bone to the other talent who were working two and three times as hard as the main eventers at the time.
