*Disclaimer*
My post, and anyone elses' is strictly opinion. So please don't take issue with it, you can respond to any post but rationale and realism are not factors here.
QUESTION: If you had the chance to book the Motor City Machine Guns, in ROH, and in a tag team match they have not had... and see the match unfold live, where would it be and what would the match be that you make?
For me, I'm obviously going to say Edison, New Jersey. It's a well known fact I do all my shows there, with the exception of one or two and even if NYC is the place to be you got to go with what you intend to be in attendance for.
My Match?
(Motor City Machines Guns) Chris Sabin and Alex Shelley vs Naomichi Marufuji and KENTA!
I think the match would be incredible in at least 6,000 different ways. Not to mention it'd be my first chance to see three favorites of mine. Sabin, Shelley, and 'Fuji. While also getting round two of always impressive KENTA.

I would book them in singles matches.

Taking storylines into account:
vs. Davey Richards and Chris Hero
The best Sweet n Sour has to offer against the top tag team in pro wrestling today. Davey and Hero would make for an interesting pairing, and surely would work great with MCMG.
Not taking storylines into account:
vs. Chris Hero and Claudio Castagnoli
Top tag team of today vs. one of the hottest indy tag teams in history.
Both would be in Boston so I'd be able to see them.

Damn, CBT. You took my match. Well, I'll come up with another one.
ROH's debut in Syracuse NY. Alex Shelley and Chris Sabin vs. Ricky Marvin and Kotaro Suzuki

I pretty much got one with them vs. Team Work in Manassas, but that's no fun.
Sooooooo I'll say
MCMG vs. Mike Quackenbush and Skayde. All four men are really great athletes and tear the house down. If I could make it, I'd hold it in the ECW arena or the Hammerstein.

MCMG vs. Beef Wellington and Excalibur
Not exactly an ROH match, but it would be amazing. It would have the perfect blend of both comedy (which MCMG can do) and action (which I don't think people give Beef enough credit for.)
I would book it in Binghamton, New York, Johnson City Arena. That place was my old stomping grounds, so yeah.

Well I'd go with the Guns/Steen & Generico match but I think that's already booked for New York. Nevertheless, I'd book that for ROH's debut show in Montreal. The Guns would be well known for TNA and UWA Hardcore down in Toronto. Steen & Generico would be the faces. It might be a lot of fun.
Outside of indie teams, I'd go with a dream team match of like Guns/Jamie Noble & Mike Quackenbush or Danielson & Styles.

I like the idea of Noble and Quack teaming, but I like even better a Guns/Claudio & Quack match.
