Hero wrestled at OVW tonight, so we went to the taping, brought signs, marked out like crazy for Hero...it was great.
Took pictures with him, got autographs, bought a shirt and a button.
So I'm like "Will you give me a chop?"
"Why"
"You did it to some kids on youtube"
"Meet me after the show"
So we're in the parking lot waiting for him to come out. He comes out, and signs my Breakout DVD. I'm like "Can I get the chop?"
"Why do you want to do that to yourself?"
"Please?"
"Take it off"
So I take my jersey off, and he tells me to take my tee shirt off too.
So I'm standing there, shirtless, with one person taking a picture, another taking a video. He gets ready, and my last words are "Do it for Sweeney, do it for Ian"
SMACK!
People all the way across the parking lot, on the other side of the building heard it.
Got some blood flow from the chest. Stung like a bitch. Shook his hand, looked him in the eye, and said "Thank you sir"
Ahh....good times.
I'm waiting for the video to show up on youtube.

I watched Adam Pearce, Mark Briscoe, Roderick Strong, & Brent Albright chop fans last weekend after the ROH Chicago Ridge show. Why any fan would want that is beyond me, but I did enjoy laughing at the pain run through the fans' body as they try to stand there & pretend it didn't hurt them

Like something you can brag about because the odds are you'll never wrestle them. Plus I'd rather ask for a chop, over a kick to the face or a lariat. |

Chops suck. why youd want to get one for fun is beyond me, cuz in a match they sure as crapdont feel good.
I got chopped by Big Babi Slymm and Im pretty sure my heart stopped.
Thats gotta be really weird for the wrestler too. Dont do that. Its weird and kinda sad. From what you said Hero didnt seem to keen on it, so why would you push it?

Actually, when I asked him, he seemed to be in great spirits, and said "yeah, sure man" with a smile on his face...maybe he wasn't in good spirits at OVW or something
