IMO, ratings don't mean ****. All what they tell you is how many people watch the show, so what? As long as TNA's loyal fans stay then I don't see the problem. And for all the, "TNA is going down the toilet" people, your wrong. Remember when WWE was getting these kind of ratings in the early 90s? It does'nt mean ****. TNA is still a young company, they have time to improve. IMO, they're better than WWE. No, I don't remember WWF Raw in the early 90s getting 1.0 consistanly.

TNA will, in all likelihood, be defunct - or on it's last legs, in 5 or so years..

I will say that I really do not understand what some ppl are not liking about Impact. The LAX vs Beer Money fued is actually very entertaining so far so really I don't see why those segments lose so many people. Are they just not buying into Roode? I could see that even though lots of ppl inside the business say he has a great upside.. I don't see it. Storm on the other hand though.. man I can see him going places.

I miss when the shows had great wrestling from the x stars in multiple matches a show..
TNA needs to cut down on the backstage shit, seriously not even WWE overdoes it like they do...

They're not failing dude. They're still making money off their product since they're turning a profit now plus - PPV buy rates mean more than ratings imo. Pull your head out of your arse. Same could go for the TNA Staff who are attempting to pin the blame completely on the wrestlers. You're booking the literal s**t, why blame anyone else for your failings? TNA may not be as alive as it used to be a couple of years ago, but it's rampant twitching and stuttering will continue to entertain clog screen on Spike TV for several years to come.

What's up with the lack of love for the Guns? The Guns are so overrated. They are not fit for a national TV audience at all. At least on TV, they appear to be boring and have no character. And they bitch non-stop backstage, I wish they would be gone already. And while ratings aren't most important, buyrates are. UFC gets an incredible percentage of their TV viewers to order the PPV's. TNA gets about 20-25 thousand (besides BFG & Lockdown) of their 1.5 million TV viewers to order their shows. That number is extremely laughable.

TNA has a decent product but they lasck consistency and intrigue. This week simpact was really good cause everything kinda flowed together except the randowm insertion of ey and the james gang which have been off tv for about a month. outside of LAX vs BMI and booker/joe, there's no wrestling related feuds. everything is gimmicked to death or has to have some love angle thrown into it. Whatever happened to just wrestling for the title and having heat that way. I'm not downing TNA for that, but I think think overkill too much then pull back, then overkill, then pull back...It leaves viewers confused and uninterested. The show needs more substance outside of the angle love triangle and the joe, Kevin " i shoulda retired 3 years ago" nash, and bboker t love angle too. Then ya bring Sting into the mix. I love sting just as much as anyone else, but he no longer does anything for me. Maybe if they change his character a bit...he's been basically the same crow wince 1997. Adding diff paint was a start but then they pulled that. Speaking of makeovers, what was the appoint of Abyss? You change his costume? You put him in the nuthouse? He's another character that needs a fresh change. So yeah, TNA, has been in the same spin for 5 years now...they are too inconsistent for anyone to grab hold for along time and care.

Thing is though TNA is making a profit. Yeah the PPV buyrates might not be challenging WWE but they are still making tNA dollars. Plus they have increased their house shows, including the very successful UK tour recently.
It is stupid & unfair to compare tNA's rating with ECW right now, ECW has the WWE hype machine behind it. Far more logical to compare it with ECW before the WWE took it over & TNA is beating their TV & PPV ratings

I really do hope TNA pulls their **** together and become a bigger program.. I would love for another WWE VS. Promotion war. Those were the best times in wrestling history between WWE and WCW I don't see why everybody wants to see this. Because most likely, WWE would just put TNA out of business. So it would be in better interest for TNA if they just change their product ideas somewhat, promote the product more, and stop caring about the WWE.

How much do they advertise TNA honestly? I never see any commericals about Impact or the PPVs. How do you expect people to buy the events if nobody is aware they are on? That's the one part about TNA that I just don't understand why they don't do that more. I don't know about TNA dying but it's hard to say what will happen in 5 years. So, we just have to wait at this moment. I've seen 'em before on SpikeTV, Comedy chan., and A& before. Really? I've never seen them advertised anywhere and I am not kidding.

What's up with the lack of love for the Guns? casual fans dont give a crapabout them & I can see why, they look pretty generic and have not developed any TV personality at all. Sure they can wrestle good but fans want more

TNA does not teach how to wrestle right at all & how to do ring pyschology rihgt at all. also they have a crappy mexican ring . the sixed rings sucks & tna does not have better talent then WWE. the smackdown roster by its self could beat tna easly. the best in world are in WWE . WWe tells a story better in the ring then tna & tna fans suck also because they are brainwashed smarks who think tna is how you should wrestle & it is not . TNA sold out when it went to spike tv . tna has turned into a weak wannabe wwe. when they first started they had something but the lost trying to be like WWE. the only reason i watch tna because of tna knockouts division, sting, scott stiener,L.A.X,aj styles, & world x cup. also the wrestling company around longest is always better then a new compnay like tna that has been around for only 6 years .

I find it weird that the Knockouts are the highest rated segment, when they have Booker, Joe, Angle, & Christian.
