Was this guy planted there? I mean it looked like Jarret really hit him. But if the guy was planted, why would he be wearing a Rey Mysterio mask? Thoughts?

No, he wasn't a plant.
- Listen closely you can hear the ref say "no,no no" or something to that extent.
- Then Storm/Harris/Sec. beat the crapout of him.

I love this clip. He sells Jarrett's first couple of shots. Then the bitches Harris and Storm hit a fan, after security have already taken care of the problem. Just 2 guys that are clearly not professional. You don't see Cena, Hardy, Michaels or anyone else beating on a fan. - Triple S

What i want to know is why the referee or some staff didn't remove him as he jumped the guard rail.

Even though he wasn't a plant, would it surprise you if TNA did something that involved WWE getting some recognition. (IE. One of their most popular wrestler's pageantry on display)

My favorite part is when the dude's friends encourage him to jumpo the rail and watch him get his ass kicked, all the while laughing at him.

Well Slappy, considering all 3 ( Cena, Michaels and Hardy ) have been IN the ring when a fan jumped in and didn't do anything, but watch...
Thats the thing, though. WWE superstars are professionals and let the security do their job. Not like Storm and Harris who HAVE to make a point, by coming out to hit a fan. Security was well able to do the job themselves, but no... 2 immature guys have to make a statement.
And if the official(s) would've actually done their job in the first place, this whole thing never would've even happened.

He deserved EVERY single punch.
Harris & Storm were sending a message to any other douchebag who was considering the same thing.

From what I am reading you are saying that the wrestlers really did beat the crap outta him? Nice.

He deserved EVERY single punch. Harris & Storm were sending a message to any other douchebag who was considering the same thing. Thank you... Any fan who jumps the barricade and attempts to get in or actually does get in the ring deserves any type of punishment/beating they get from the wrestlers in the ring. No fan should ever try to do that and if they do, they're stepping into the wrestler's domain without a welcome and deserve an ass kicking. Jeff Jarrett's job as a heel is to taunt the fans, even if he does challenge you... you have no right to accept that challenge and actually get into the ring.

What i want to know is why the referee or some staff didn't remove him as he jumped the guard rail. As a referee myself i've been told that if a fan enters the ring ever during a match i have to get them out of there as quickly as possible.

I agree, which is why Jarrett had every right to do what he did. Which was lay in a shot or 2 (or 3 or 4) and then get him in a headlock and wait for security. It's pricks like Harris and Storm that had NO reason to come down to the ring, just to make a point. Hell, Storm even shoves the hell out of Rudy Charles, almost knocking him off the apron. Charles couldn't gotten injured, just because Storm had to make his point and show how angry he was. ... completely unprofessional. Thats all there is to it. - Triple S
