SAMOA JOE, STING, KURT ANGLE, BOOKER T, AJ STYLES, CHRISTIAN CAGE, KEVIN NASH, SCOTT STEINER AND MORE HEADLINE TNA WRESTLING’S BIGGEST INTERNATIONAL PAY-PER-VIEW EVER! Oshawa, Ontario - (July 17, 2008) – Total Nonstop Action (TNA) Wrestling announced today that “No Surrender 2008” will be held live at the General Motors Centre in Oshawa, Ontario, on Sunday, September 14, starting at 8 p.m. ET, and will air worldwide exclusively on pay-per-view. “No Surrender” will be TNA’s first-ever pay-per-view event outside of the United States. The General Motors Centre played host to a sold-out TNA Wrestling Live! show in December 2007, and also serves as the new home of the Oshawa Generals of the Ontario Hockey League (OHL). “We’re thrilled to be taking “No Surrender 2008” to Canada,” said TNA Wrestling President Dixie Carter. “When TNA visited Oshawa late last year, the show was amazing with an electric atmosphere. Canada has always been a cornerstone of professional wrestling, from its in-ring legends and new talent to its passionate fans. We expect ‘No Surrender’ to be unforgettable.” The stars of “TNA iMPACT!” on Spike TV (Thursdays, 9 p.m. ET/PT) will headline “No Surrender 2008,” including TNA World Heavyweight Champion Samoa Joe, Olympic Gold Medalist Kurt Angle, “The Icon” Sting, Booker T, “The Phenomenal” AJ Styles, Kevin Nash, “The Instant Classic” Christian Cage, Tomko, Team 3D, Gail Kim, TNA Tag Team Champions The Latin American Xchange, the Motor City Machineguns, Robert Roode, “Black Machismo” Jay Lethal, Awesome Kong, ODB, Curryman, Shark Boy and Eric Young, among others. Several TNA Wrestling superstars will be making a homecoming in Oshawa. Call me when they come to a place in Canada I care about... Well, they certainly couldn't go to French Canada...they'd have to change the name of the PPV.

That poster sure looks familiar. Hmm... OMFG! The No Surrender poster looks nothing like that Vengeance poster for christ sake! I'm sick of people thinking TNA rips off everything WWE does. THEY DON'T. Anyways, I'm glad TNA is going to Canada for a PPV, this could be a big thing for them.

Calm down, I never even said TNA ripped off WWE. Sorry for pointing about similarities between two wrestling posters.
