I'm shocked by how many lists don't have Flair and Hogan on them They are easily the two best wrestlers of all time. I have no problem with which one is in the top spot, but one of those two is easily number one and the other is in the number two slot. I'd put the Rock or Austin in the number three and for slots. Andre would be on the list(one of the biggest draws in wrestling history) and I'd throw Inoki on there somewhere.

Hulk Hogan and Ric Flair are NOT great wrestlers...They could just talk the talk...Don't argue this either. ^ You sir no longer have any credibility after that statement. Ever see Flair Steamboat back from 1989?! Considering Everything (Drawing power, mat skills, mic skills, etc) (No Order) - Hulk Hogan - Bret Hart - Undertaker - Shawn Michaels - Ric Flair - Andre the Giant - Stone Cold Steve Austin - Sting - The Rock - Roddy Piper Honorable Mention: Mr. Perfect, Chris Benoit, Ted DiBiase, Randy Savage, Kurt Angle, Triple H, & Chris Jericho

Using everyone else's opinion in this thread it seems the top ten is something like this: 1. Flair 2. Hogan 3. Undertaker 4. Bret Hart 5. The Rock 6. HBK 7. Angle 8. Austin 9. Triple H 10. Benoit/Jericho/Eddie
I'm sure that's not exactly right but I didn't do a point system on were people voted them and such casue a lot of people said in no order and things like that plus I also slightly added my own opinion.

this doesnt have to be a strictly wrestling talent list, there is more to sports entertainment that wrestling. Flair and Bret Hart's matches always bored me to death, Flair goes on the list because of his swagger, his verbiage, and his realistic nature. He was a true champion in every way. Besides, he's Ric Flair. Only he and Hogan can use their name as an argument to being number 1. Bret, not even in the top 20. Horrible interview, boring matches, just personified how horrible the new generation was . He almost single handedly drove me from wrestling fandom. Regardless, if Hogan and Flair arent numbers 1 and 2 on the list (in whichever order you please), I have no respect for your list because they are 1 and 2, FACT!
1. Hogan (obviously) 2. Flair (again, obviously) 3. Kurt Angle (he's got it all) 4. Andre the Giant (carny style spectacle) 5. Harley Race (one of the first boom-era heels) 6. Buddy Rogers (the first Nature Boy) 7. Gorgeous George (one of the first spectacular characters) 8. Terry Funk (because of all he has done since his prime) 9. Jake Roberts (probably number one in psychology- EVER) 10. Curt Hennig (he truly was a total package, first master seller).
there was wrestling before 1998.....

Flair was an excellent worker but I definitely wouldn't call him the greatest wrestler ever because he didn't tell a great story in the ring. Hogan, on the other hand, was NOT a good worker but had psychology and told a story in his matches (albeit the same exact story every match, with a few exceptions).
1. Bret Hart 2. Shawn Michaels 3. Steve Austin 4. Chris Benoit (sorry, but I had to) 5. Mick Foley

In no specific order: 1.) The Undertaker - One of the best gimmicks ever, and the guy is just gold in the ring. 2.) Ric Flair - ...Do I really HAVE to explain? 3.) Shawn Michaels - See Flair. 4.) Kenta Kobashi - He's Kenta Kobashi... 5.) Triple H - H has always been pretty solid, and he's one of my favorites. 6.) Hulk Hogan - Is better than your favorite wrestler when the money is right, so he's on the list. 7.) Jake Roberts - Best mic worker ever. Solid as all hell in the ring, too. 8.) Terry Gordy - He's Terry Gordy, isn't that enough? 9.) Vader - Best big man ever. 10.) Bruiser Brody - Without him, there'd be no ECW, without ECW, there'd be no Attitude era. You should all be praising this guy. Honorable Mention: Not Chris Jericho, because he ![](http://www.wrestlingfigs.com/images/wfcensored.gif) ing sucks.

I started watching in 1994 but I'm not going to include someone like Ted Debiase because I haven't seen enough of his work, despite hearing he's a good worker. These people are going with what they know, there's no close mindedness in that. It would be worse if they listed wrestlers they never watched.

Well I was never one who listed how good a wrestler was based solely on their in ring technique like most of this board.
In fact the most important thing in wrestling is generally your charisma and ability to connect with the fans and sell sell sell, in ring wrestling is just a bonus really, if you don't have charisma then your not gonna make it.
1. Hulk Hogan 2. Flair 3. Steve Austin 4. The Rock 5. Shawn Michaels 6. The Undertaker 7. Randy Savage 8. Roddy Piper 9. Bret Hart 10. John Cena - Yeah sue me, maybe not top 10 right now, but when alls said and done he will be.
Not necessarily in order and im probably forgetting some people but it's a rough list.

The only reason I say its close minded is because Flair has been around forever and the "newer" fans see him as an old dinosaur. Which last year might have been true. I can see being unaware about say Harley Race because very few of us on the board here were even alive in his prime
