- The show opened with Ian making a statement about Rollin Hard's condition. The ring was surrounded by all the wrestlers.
1) TD defeated Jeff Brooks.
2) Jake Omen, Christen Hayme, and Mike Rollins defeated Corey Mason, Martin Jones, and ?.
3) Michael Elgin defeated Jimmy Clough via referee stoppage when Elgin knocked out Clough.
4) Ash & Chambers defeated Darren Wade & Ricochet after hitting a spike piledriver on Wade.
5) Sami Callihan defeated Egotistico Fantastico. Callihan was invited to the TPI, with his first round opponent being Chris Hero.
6) 2 Cold Scorpio defeated Jason Quick. Before the match, Scorp announced he is ditching BLKOUT, and has seen the error of his ways over the last few months. He respects Mickie and challenger her to a rematch when she is healthy. Scorpio has been added to the TPI.
7) Trevor Murdock defeated Insane Lane with a top rop bulldog in a hard hitting match. Trevor returned to his independent roots and didn't disappoint, and seemed to miss hitting people hard as he went crazy on Lane.
8) Jason Hades defeated Prince Mustafa Ali via Killswitch to retain the IWA MS World Light Heavyweight title.
9) Toby & Deranged defeated Corey Shaddix & Freakshow and Corporal Robinson & Mad Man Pondo in a "Barbed wire madness" match.
- Billy Gram offered a spot in Cult Fiction to Mad Man Pondo, he declined.
- It was announced that IWA: Mid-South returns to Alley Cats bowling alley in Sellersburg on August 30th and 31st (Sat and Sun Labor Day weekend) with the Sunday show being a benefit show for Rollin' Hard.
