If I ever interview for another job I don't really want, I am going to answer the team accomplishment with a sex story.

It's good you confront these questions now...they'll come up constantly in other jobs. I always try to make it sound like I work well with others, yet strive to be the best in the group. They tend to like that.

They tend to like that. Aye, I made it clear that I can work well with others, or on my own. I'll try using that "strive to be best in the group" thing, next time.

I work at Wal-mart in the Grocery stocking, they asked me about 10 of those same questions during my interviews. I just made a bunch of **** up and they hired me. Truth be told, I could give a **** less about half the stuff they asked me. "If a fellow employee was taking a longer break than expected would you be mad, what would you do to resolve the problem?" In reality I'd not give a **** because I take twice the length of a break I'm suppose to on all 3 of them. I just said "I'd politely talk to them and say Wal-Mart relys on you to give effort to the company and when you slack off just a bit, it hurts our image and hurts our customer assistance so try harder" The interviewer about had an orgasm.
Oh also, if they ask how many times you were gone in the last year at your previous employer take the number and divide it by 3, tell them 1/3. They're not allowed to ask your previous employer about stuff like that. They get hesitant about hiring you if it's over 8 days a year in call ins.
