Absolutely not. The 3-Packs have never been sold at retail in the UK, and I've never even seen them in a collectables shop such as Forbidden Planet, etc. I've just bought mine whenever I visit my family in the States.
They only cost me £15 pound ($28.88) a pop there.

I got the Undertaker/Kane/Bearer pack from troy for £24.99 including shipping, a little pricey but not too bad considering some of the prices you see online.
