working stiff is dumb, and you're not a wrestler. what you do is "idiotic stunts" that have no relation to being a wrestler

Surprise surprise on WCWA defending the situation. Wrestling is fake. Correct. That garbage wasnt. Exactly. It wasn't fake and not only was it bad that it completely exposed the business but it was also disgusting. Yes we all know wrestling is fake but you don't go out there in front of a live crowd and tell someone "learn how to sell mother er". Ian Rotten and Mickie Knuckles are both scum bags. Devon Moore I like but I lost respect for him after this. So they fly a kid out who wants to work a death match and is untrained. That is the first wrong. Secondly they throw him in the ring with Mickie Knuckles where someone is bound to get hurt whether it's her or him, Knuckles gets a huge bump on her head from the head butts and then he gets blamed for hurting her when he's not even a trained professional. This is why IWA-MS will never be bigger than that parking lot. Karma is a bitch Ian and Mickie. Mickie would already know by breaking her leg. I'm sure Ian will get his next, bastard.

That's so ed up man. I don't really know the whole backstory about who this guy is or how he ended up in the match, but that was the epitome of unprofessional. Un- ing-believable.

But I'm not sure how much that stemmed from Mickie getting the knot on her head and how much was just them wanting to punk some trash talking bunghole from the internet. Punk him? Fine.....humiliate him with the microphone. Beat the crapout of him for nothing after he just had a death match and was stiffed.......PLEASE!

Yeah, if you look closely you see Ian whispering something to Mickie. I'm sure they wanted to beat the **** out of him for running his mouth but they never should of done what they did. Him just getting stiffed a little bit during the match would of been just fine as you said.

Mike Levy didn't fly in. He drove in. With a guy who looks like the illegitate child of Corperal Robinson and Eddie Kingston. They came as fans and Levy offered himself as a replacement.
Levy was so badly hurt that after Mike Miller patched up a small cut on his back, he watched the finals of the Queen of the Deathmatches between Rebecca Payne and Mickie, then watched all of night 2, sitting in the comforts of the air conditioned bowling alley and looking through the window, then later from the commentary booth. He needed so much medical attention that he would give anyone who asked him about it an ear to ear grin and a big thumbs up. He was so tramatized by the incident that when Ian jokingly offered to book him against Necro Butcher, he legitimately jumped in the air with joy.
Mike Levy was perfectly fine. He was less hurt than ANYONE who participated in the shows all weekend. Billy Gram, just a manager for the weekend, ended up with two broken ribs. Levy had cuts from the glass and that was the extent of his injuries. I think he may have also had some bruises on his hands, but I may be mistaken. I know he was so bad off that he helped me personally wrap a barbed wire bat for the night 2 fans supply the weapons, complimenting my creativity on the idea of glow sticks inside the wire.
This whole situation sickens me, not because of the "horrible beating" that Mike supposedly took, but because of the way people are ridiciously blowing it out of porportion. Mike and his friend, who posted on the IWA board as moonkght at huge IWA fans. They regularly made the trip from North Carolina to Indiana for death match shows. If you watch the Double Death 2007 tournament, you can see Levy sitting front row. Two seats down I am sitting. He also had a front row seat for the Ian Rotten Retirement show.
Mike Levy is a huge fan of IWA-MS and it was his dream to be in a death match tournament like this. He's not untrained and he's not a backyard wrestler. He's a small time independant wrestler from North Carolina. A few of his matches out there can be found on Youtube. While he may not be the best trained in the world, he is trained. The only "wrong" that happened and legitimately stiff thing out of the entire beating was the superkick he took from Devon Moore. Devon legit kicked him in the face, because Levy didn't fall backwards in time when Devon was going for the CALLED SPOT. I was sitting front row and seen and slightly heard Devon call the superkick. When Devon yells at him to LEARN TO SELL!! following the kick to the face, it's in referance to Levy not falling properly for the kick.
This board is seriously ridicious some times, in that it will collectively as a unit bash anything off the smallest or no facts. I know Mike Levy. I consider Mike Levy a friend of mine. Mike Levy is not mentally intellectually- disabled. He's not slow. He's a wrestling fan. And now, he's a famous death match wrestler. The phrase Mike was saying all weekend was "Peter B. WHO??". I'm glad to see you're giving him the hype he wanted.

I wouldn't say he is a famous death match wrestler. What exactly is your connection to IWA?

I'm glad to see you're giving him the hype he wanted. You keep telling us it was planned and how Levy was fine but fail to comment on how it made sense. Why expose the business like that? Why beat down a guy after a match to get a pop from 100 people if he did nothing wrong? I still don't understand why the angle was done if Levy was "alright" and did nothing wrong. Ian really knows how to run a wrestling show. So Mr. IWA, when's the next spaghetti dinner and DVD sale? I have a feeling it's coming REAL soon.

I don't think it's exactly "exposing the business" when the entire crowd was smarks anyway.

Him just getting stiffed a little bit during the match would of been just fine as you said. Agreed... the whole situation is disgusting. Maybe, for arguements sake, the whole thing was one big work. Well, if that is the case, then job well done... it got everyone talking. Now on the flip side, if it was a legit shoot on someone, it went too far. There is a BIG difference between "working stiff" and just plain beating the poopy out of someone. p.s. LOL at the automatic censorship... "poopy" lol

WRESTLING IS FAKE Mike Levy was perfectly fine, and was glad to be made famous. He's going to be doing the Carnage Cup in November, wrestling in a razor blade board match. This is just people messing with crap that they have no idea about razor blade board match? These guys are so idiotic that if they do die in the ring, or out of the ring from having these "wrestling matches" then they will get no sympathy from me.

I don't think it's exactly "exposing the business" when the entire crowd was smarks anyway. Smart marks or not you don't go out in front of a crowd and tell a wrestler to "learn how to sell".

This is why the wrestling industry is dying. What? No it's not... It's not the only reason but it's sad that you can't get a pop if you don't land someone on their head or use smart mark words as a heel to get heat. Just because smart marks know a little more about wrestling than the average fan doesn't mean the format for a wrestling match should go out the window.
