Based on those two pics, its only a matter of the lower body. I personally like the IE better, the boots are so much better and the designs arent something im too keen on. I think the decorated boots and plain tights are better. This is of course with the stamp not counting as a factor.

I think (stressing the word think) it says 'CACTUS' on each leg of the IE.

The stamp REALLY throws the IE off, otherwise it would have gotten my vote no question. Those boots are  ing wicked. |

The IE is better IMO. I can imagine that people will polish off the 1/3000 stamp. The leopard boots are great.

Both are great, but I like the word "cactus" over the actual cactus plants design.

I prefer CS 19, I like the pant design more than the IE.

A real toss-up.
IE has the better boots but CS19 has the better tights.
I guess its IE for me ( got to get rid of the leg stamp though ).

They are both great, it depends which attire you want him in really. The IE is best for a WWE version but CS19 is better if you want him how he looked in Japan, CS19 would be the perfect match for a 1/100 Bloody Funk but I don't have that figure. Overall I prefer the IE (apart from the stamp) To me it seems like more of an iconic image of Cactus.

I prefer the CS 19 Because of the boots - not too keen on the tights, However both figures are great and a great figure would be CS19 or IE body and head with IE tights (no stamp) and CS 19 Boots

I like the CS19 Jack, he has more detail and he doesn't have that stupid stamp on his leg.

I can't vote for the IE because Cactus never had a stamp on his tights.  Seriously, I hate those things, they ruin every fig they are on. I don't care if it's 1 of 3000, I really don't! |

Both are great and very similar, but I slightly like the IE better because I like the attire a little more and the boots.

CS 19 for me. Cheaper and more detailed, even though they're based off of two different times.
