spurs time will come, and i think it will be this season. but i really can see scolari doing good things with chelski season. i think Hearts will get third spot this season, but judging by rangers performance against our reserve team (kaunas) last night we might just finish 2nd,but then again we still have to replace the players who left the club the season before last lol Does anyone outside of Scotland care about the SPL?

SPL is awful, Celtic and Rangers would be 'Boro level teams.

SPL is awful, Celtic and Rangers would be 'Boro level teams. only with liverpool level of support,as you have probally noticed being abroad as for the lfcfan, bear in mind we are a country of not even 6 million, where your country has 60 million people,so ofcourse not many people outside our little country are going to care about it,but you gotta admit we do alright for a country that doesnt even have half the population of london

One thing is TBH I dont see how Scotland have the chance of 2 teams in the CL every year, it's like giving the danish league 2 places or something, as you said Scotland is a small country and there football teams would match the mid-table teams of the PL, now dont get me wrong, I no England shouldnt have 4 CL teams a year, 3 at most but come on not just a rant at Scotland here but UEFA should fix the CL team allocation.

i think its just the way uefa works, scottish teams have done well in the uefa cup and the champions league in the last few years
but rangers getting knocked out was not good for scottish football and might come back to huant us all

Community Shield Winners automatically win the leauge...
*look shiftily from left to right*
Seriously, it sounds like it was a poor game.
I just realised... In 3 penalty shoot-outs in the past year, We've only missed one pen, and that was Ronaldo...

Portsmouth have no chance of Top 6 this season, they were awful today and United were cheated out of a penalty.

In 3 penalty shoot-outs in the past year, We've only missed one pen, and that was Ronaldo... It wasn't that bad a game. United just totally dominated. Tevez and Evra both walked through their defence. They were pretty poor. Fletcher missed a sitter. It was a bit like the start of last season where we couldn't hit a barn door.

Hopefully we won't repeat last season's start, but I wouldn't mind the defensive record.
