- Last week, a video aired on "iMPACT!" featuring Sheik Abdul Bashir talking candidly about the troubles facing the United States. This week, members of TNA's Television Production staff accompanied Bashir to film his latest video rant - and the TNA newcomer ended up being investigated by Homeland Security in the process! - We've added new information on upcoming TNA DVD releases to the website (click on "TNA DVD's" on the top navbar). The 2008 Slammiversary DVD goes on sale August 19. On October 7, the "Knocked Out" DVD goes on sale featuring the lovely TNA Wrestling Knockouts (with two covers for collectors - Christy Hemme on one, Karen Angle on the other). Then, October 21 will see the release of "Ultimate Matches", a two-disc set featuring the most acclaimed innovative bouts in TNA history (Ultimate X, Six Sides Of Steel, King Of The Mountain and much more)

- "Big Poppa Pump" Scott Steiner is up and walking again again after recent surgery to repair a fully-torn ACL in his knee. Steiner was in attendance at Jeff Jarrett's home in Nashville, Tennessee, on Tuesday night for the annual TNA Wrestling Fantasy Football draft, which included several staff and superstars. Steiner suffered a small setback after a post-surgery infection derailed his rehabilitation, but after meeting with Dr. James Andrews, Steiner is back on track and working towards his eventual return to the ring.
