I hope he gets a season ending injury sometime this season. That really would be poetic justice.

Ted Thompson better hope that Aaron Rodgers is all that he thinks he is because I have no doubt that his job is on the line. Regardless of how Brett Favre behaved, he will forever be known as the man who drove Brett out of Green Bay. Say the Jets get a wild card berth, and the Packers miss the playoffs at 8-8 or 7-9. Thompson will be gone. Now I gotta find a way to download all the Jets games. If you have dish you can get nfl network i think that it has every game on it

Press Conference is at 6 EST for those interested.
I'll be watching...like Doogle said, I watch the Jets every week anyway, and I've always been a Favre fan so this is pretty exciting.

I know how good of a player Favre is... but we saw what he did with limited talent around him. He threw 25+ INT's. I cant see too much success here... but I could be wrong..

Eh, the Jets are still going to get torched for the majority of the season. Have you seen their schedule? They have one of the weakest schedules in the league. Outside of the 2 games with NE and week 3 against SD.......they have a good chance of winning the other games. They have Miami twice, Buffalo twice, Denver, Arizona, Cincinatti. There is a very, very good chance they are in business for the playoffs. I dont think NE made any strides in the offseason, though they are still the team to beat. Their defense has gotten older, their secondary was pillaged. I think the Jets can get one from NE. They have a habit of spiliting the series each season. All I know is today is a great day to be a Jets fan.

The JETS will make the playoffs, mark it down. They've had major upgrades on the offensive line and the defense. They could even end the Pats hold on the division.

Pats still have the best QB of the modern era.....Tom Brady. Now....Tom Brady gets injured and is out for the season.....then we can talk about popping the bubbly on a divisional title. Outside of that......wildcard, here we come.

Few fun facts for ya The Patriots have the weakest schedule in the NFL The Patriots actually got younger on defense (Hobson, Mayo, Bryant) so before you keep ranting, do some research Made strides? What are they, completing a triathlon? The defense lost an overrated Randall Gay and Asante Samuel..PILLAGED! San Diego, Cincinatti, Seattle, Tennessee, Denver, NE are all better teams than the Jets and one can even argue the Cardinals. Thats 8 teams with possible L's...so if you can get 10 wins, I'll eat my hat because its not happening

You told me that the Browns just traded the #1 overall pick for the next year, last year and you told me they would be under .500. Pucker up baby.......straw is in your future!
