Yeah, I know some guys on there look a little weird. But I tried to get everyone on there that is well known for chops or delivers some vicious chops. I might have even left a couple out. And I don't recall this ever being asked either.
I would go with either Kobashi, Kawada, Roderick or Kensuke.
So, I'm going with Kobashi and Kawada.

Even though I wouldn't say throughout wrestling history, absent from the list is a James Gibson who can take acclaim, his chops were pretty forceful.

I noticed Kid Kash isn't there.
He f**king buried a local wrestler here in Australia and the bruising the next night was so bad, the wrestler had to wrestle with a shirt on the night after to cover up the damage.

Kobashi, obviously. I'd say Ki, Strong, and Kensuke are close behind.

Probably Kawada or Kobashi. If I was going by people I have seen wrestle live I would say Strong.

Whoever hit that guy in your sig. Haha, Toshiaki Kawada. He has to have the stiffest chops if he did that to that man. That is quite frankly the worst bruising/scarring from anything wrestling related I have seen. Where can I see this match?

Where can I see this match? The wrestler is RG and it happened at HUSTLE 28 on 2/24/08 in a tag team match with Otani and Kawada vs. HG and RG. I couldn't find that exact match. But they did have a singles match last year. I'll keep my eyes out for the match and if I find it, I will post it.

Chris Hero has some stiff chops, but I'll say Low Ki for some reason. As for the beginning of this video, when did the Wiggles get slanted eyes and enter wrestling?
