Basicly they was a glitch in the proboards sites at one point where if you refreshed the page so many times whilst on a locked thread, it would unlock the thread  It was JoeCFC if i remmeber correctly, but blamed me and I got banned  but then JS unbanned me after a day when i emailed him asking why |
