That is what LOP is reporting for whatever reason.
I don't really see why NOAH would want him in the current state of character that he is.
"As a result of his recent release from World Wrestling Entertainment, Trevor Murdoch is currently waiting for his 90-day no-compete clause to expire. Regarding possible interest from TNA, they reportedly have shown little to no interest in acquiring him. It is believed that the door is open to him landing bookings with Pro Wrestling NOAH should he decide to head to Japan."

He's been in NOAH before, so it won't surprise me.

I believe I remember seeing him there way back when but at the same time, he was in better shape.

He also gained the weight for his WWE character. If you haven't noticed he's lost quite a bit of weight since he debuted in WWE to now.

I'd love to see Murdoch back in NOAH. Great news for him.

It makes sense with his past. He was one of Harley's guys & they've come from NOAH to here before.

90 day no compete clause? what does that clause hold to? I've had a DVD for a week and a half now of him wrestling in the indies on 7/26/08..

Big Daddy V should go too. Big Daddy V in NOAH would be like shaking hands with the Lord.

Why wouldn't he just go back to being Trevor Rhodes?

Why wouldn't he just go back to being Trevor Rhodes? because he's internationally famous as Trevor Murdoch? It should be noted, he is now spelling it with a K at the end, instead of an h

I have never found anything special in Murdoch but with his NOAH connections I'm sure it won't be long before he makes his way to ROH.

He has international status as Trevor Murdoch and does in fact bear a remarkable resemblance to the late, great Dick Murdoch so I don't think going back to the Trevor Rhodes name would do much for his career.
Nonetheless I hope his career pans out, I was always a fan of his and was curious to see how he would do as a mid card singles star.
