That is just madness, I don't know why he tried to follow Flair's footsteps most of his career.

That is just madness, I don't know why he tried to follow Flair's footsteps most of his career. because ric flair was his idiol & one of the greatest of all time & greatest of that era HHH grew up on . i look up ti fliar just like HHH because nobody except lou thesz has had a better career then ric flair.

i know Ric flair is a great idol for an up and coming wrestler but did he really think he would get anywhere looking exactly like Flair?

This is no secret or news, Tony Schiavone used to acknowledge the fact that Triple H looked like a young Ric Flair back in 92'.

I understand that Ric had a great career, you can have your influences, but not to look a carbon copy of somebody, thankfully Trippers found himself before he was ridiculed on a worldwide level.

Well, Hulk Hogan DID try to look like Superstar Graham. I think it's cool how a young guy who idolized Ric Flair eventually became one of his greatest supporters. But boy did he look ridiculous

This happens a lot. Guys idolize a guy, and they imitate them, because that is what they love about wrestling. I don't see anything wrong with it, because he eventually moved away from this. Triple H is no longer a Flair wannabe. He has his own personality, and it is unlike anyone else in the business. He may take a lot of crap for being married to the bosses daughter, but he really has made a name for himself. He is very much a student of the game, and that should be respected. Brilliant performer.

Great, a subtle way to advertise your site. HAHA i did actually think people would find the pics funny thats why i posted them. They do happen to be on my site though. Dont know if anyone remembers on the old wrestling figs site in about 2001 the bit of a "feud" between mirror images and wrestling figs thankfully thats long forgotten now,
