Walter truly was a legend, and a heck of a nice guy... I will always remember the stories I have heard of road trips... going to the shows and having him pump classical music or Elvis... or many many other stories. Both him and Theresa are great people and I even had the honor of getting a world title belt customized for him a year or two ago (some fed wanted to present him with it). Walter was a legend and also a very nice guy. MY condolences go out to his family, especially Theresa... I will definitly be at the Oct 26 tribute show for him...

I'm truly saddened by this. I had the honor of meeting him three times and he was one of the most compassionate people i've ever met.

sad news, but at least he had a fairly long life. unlike a lot of wrestlers who die young.

My family was talking today about this today, and we might be going to his funeral on Wednesday.
Man, it's still hard to believe he's gone. But, atleast he was able to live a long, and eventful life.
Reast in Peace, Kowalski.

Thank you Killer for the memories and all your contributions to the world of wrestling as a wrestler and teacher. Rest in Peace, now.
