Well maybe... but they usually upload the countdown first at 11.30pm. It's now 11.50pm.

That was the first one. If you'd of checked the upload date, it said September 6, 2008.

as a wrestling theme collector, speaking on behalf of us all, this years SmackDown game is perhaps the biggest let down in the history of SmackDown games, based on potential. Personally, what I feel in regards to this game's selection of new entrance music, must be exactly how people felt about the TNA game, in general. It's pretty sad when the only new theme (so far) in the game is Trevor Murdoch's theme that he had for 1 week. Everything else has an acceptable version available so far. Sigh So of all of the new features in the game, it's a letdown because of the theme music selection? Sigh Like I said "AS A WRESTLING THEME COLLECTOR". First 5 words of my post. I don't know about the game. Personally, I'm pretty excited because it has quite a decent selection of wrestlers and new stuff to try, but at the end of the day, it's still the same old engine that we had for SmackDown 1, with a few tweaks on it. It isn't the AKI engine or the DOR engine. Highlight Reel, not bothered. Doesn't really have any meaning to it. Doesn't enhance the game in any way. All it does is give losers a chance to post videos on YouTube that nobody cares about. Inferno match should be good, but again, you're playing it on the SD engine, so... So yeah, I'm excited, but I'm not trying to get too excited, because it wouldn't be the first time a SD game has been a huge let down. IN REGARDS TO THE LATEST COUNTDOWN: PL & BK look ok. Not the best. Still have that 450 splash animation though?  |

Anyone else pretty pissed off that they couldn't reanimate the 450? I mean they reanimate moves that didn't need to be--which is great, honestly--but they don't reanimate a move that's needed a new animation for so long.
I'll probably just end up giving him Morrison's Standing Shooting Star Press for last year, that is if it's still in--which it better be.
Other than that, I couldn't be happier with them. The lack of entrance attire doesn't bother me too much, basically because I'm just too happy that the two of them are in.

It's great because it sets the ground work for Yukes to work off of, so he can be in next year's game. That's one of the reasons why Noble has never been in, they have nothing to work off of. |
