this board barely has any threads anyway.
tna is by far the worst wrestling company i have ever seen
now i havent always thought this- i was a huge huge fan of the company from june 2002 when they opened with aj-shamrock-lynn etc. and were a wrestling company- thats what the company was built on- that what they sold! i lost interest in tna after last years slammiversary . kurt angle turning into a goofy-scaredy cat heel is the biggest load of horse **** i have ever seen. so unrealistic
kurt angle could have been the thing to give tna real sports feel. he could have been used as a shooter. he could have made tna look real! which would have worked perfect for spikes demographic!
but noooo we get a triple h/jarrett 04-05 wannabe angle. his wife has to protect him and he needs help to beat the guys on the roster. that is just horrible booking
vince mcmahon always booked angle as a legit wrestler even when he was goofy he could still beat your ass. he had the dumb hair peice on and he still beat hogan clean and many others.
vince can book- mantel needs to be shot and buried 90 ft under.. he is the worst thing to ever happen to tna.
why dont you take a look at the womens division- great stuff huh? know why? dmores booking!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
dmore isnt 89 like mantel- he is in touch with the evolution of wrestling today. his booking in 04-05 was great as well. god he needs the book for the x division. atleast!
the only reason my tv ends up on spike on thursdays is christian. i love his work and i have since 99 when he owned take for the lightheavyweight belt.
he should be the talker/flair of the company. him-tomko- a more serious aj were great when they beat down abyss cage as a middle face/heel ughhhhhh wtf. aj as a goofy jobber is the worst booking move i have ever seen
god i hope vince buys them out and takes their talent throw them in ovw and repackages them!

I feel that TNA is trying to compete with WWE, although everyone knows they can't. TNA is going for that ENTERTAINMENT just like the WWE do. AJ being goofy does f**k all diference to his wrestling abilty as it has not change since 02 apart from the Spiral Tap being used alot less. Alot of people prefer Christian as a face any way, including Meathead from the Pro Wrestling Report. I enjoy Christian what ever he is and I agree with you, he is one of my main attractions to keeping TNA on, but apart from that I am also enjoying Robert Roode, Frankie Kazarian and hell, im even laughing at Shark Boy acting like Austin for the past two weeks.
People are still treating TNA as if they are part of the NWA and they are a small promotion just like ROH, that is why most people have a problem with TNA.

Thank you for posting that here. Atleast TNA doesnt screw its wrestlers like WWE. Also, half of todays greatest wrestlers have gone and came through TNA.

Actually you're completely wrong there, it's the other way around. Pretty much everyone has stepped foot and worked in some capacity in a WWE ring including some of TNA's (and ROH) top talents. Daniels, Joe, Low-Ki, all of them worked dark matches of some sort for the WWE. In fact, the only major person that has worked for TNA and not WWE is Sting. The only people I can think of that worked for TNA and then went to WWE are Trinity, Monty Brown, Kaz, and now Chris Harris.

I'm sorry.. but we've heard this time & time agian. TNA sucks, their writters sucks, Vince Russo is the devil, Dutch Mantell blowsDixie Carter is a brain less bitch, etc etc etc. We get it. Seriously, we do. What makes you saying it mean anymore? I think TripleS needs to make an offical "I hate TNA Thread" so you can all bitch in there.

People are still treating TNA as if they are part of the NWA and they are a small promotion just like ROH, that is why most people have a problem with TNA. There's a difference between sports entertainment and bad booking... sports entertainment can be great if the balance is there (Smackdown circa '02.) TNA's attempt at sports entertainment is just that... a horrible attempt. They should've stuck with what brought them to the game and what they knew best... high competition wrestling with cutting edge talent.

TNA cannot be the next WCW or WWE, TNA should be TNA. God I hope when ROH expands, they don't end up like this either

I agree with some of your points, hitman.
I watched in the beginning for a few of the ppv's and they were good. I can't stand Jarrett.
Angle should have been booked as what TNA was about...wrestling. But they turned him into a whiner. And not just a heel whiner, but an obnoxious heel whiner. He shouldn't be having matches with Christian and worrying about them. No offense to Christian because I like him, but he shouldn't be having World Title matches with Angle. Giving him his wife as a valet would normally be okay, but she is awful, and brings him down in the process. And giving him so much tv time every week is so annoying. When TNA got their extra hour, I thought they would showcase more guys on the roster, not just more of Angle, his boring wife, and Borash(who needs to leave the company as badly as Jarrett).
Dirty Dutch needs to be let go as well. Russo is unfortunately still using the same gimmicks he did 10 years(putting two guys who don't like each other in a tag match for the tag titles, etc.), and that's not fun, it's predictable. But craplike the electrified ring match and the Doomsday Lame-Ass Blood match have Dutch's name written all over them. Dutch books matches like Dusty, meaning he thinks it's still the 70's, and people want to see some corny match like an electrified cage. AND HOW AWFUL WAS THAT?! Pretending to get electrocuted and flickering the lights of the arena on and off. I almost pissed myself. Didn't anyone in the company think it was going to be lame?

What the heck makes you so special, are you trying to vent along with the 500, 000,000 other people out there that post everyday? Well get in line OR Try to find something good about the product and watch it. I thought WWE sucked this week but I'm not gonna go to their board and make a single post complaining about how they were so great here and there and everywhere in between. I enjoyed some thing sand the rest I dint...same with TNA. Personally I liked last weeks, and am looking forward to tonight. If its' garbage...I'll say so, but I'm gonna watch and try to find something good about it. I'll air my laundry list of dislike in the impact thread like most people do.

This statement hasn't been any truer right now. If you don't like the product, then why waste time watching it, and why waste time bashing it, you're not going to change opinions of people who enjoy the product, and if you don't like TNA, then why visit their board, just don't even acknowledge it. If you watch it, you're giving it ratings, if you hate it so much, don't support it.

Wait, you hope a company goes out of business and several people are unable to feed their families? I don't care what opinion you have of their booking or wrestling, thats just a ed up thing to hope for.

They can get jobs somewhere else doing something else. I didn't hear about you sending Bobby Lashley or Low-Ki any care packages since they left their companies.

While TNA is bad, I don't want them to go out of business, that is too harsh, if you don't like, don't watch. The fact that there are a ton of good guys working for that company who would all lose their jobs if TNA went out of business, is why I would never wish that. Workers and production crew would lose their jobsit wouldn't be good

Christian got so fat.
Honestly, I think it is funny how everyone shoots on TNA for doing everything WWE does, yet you bitch that TNA's Kurt Angle is not WWE's Kurt Angle. TNA did something different with Angle and it works.
Angle deserves to carry the company for many reasons that get mentioned on this board almost everyday by the people who are smart enough to follow a TNA storyline.

No its not, not all of those are gonna be able to find good work elsewhere. Indies arent great for pay.
