i honestly blame parents for stupid kids, if the parents were good parents they wouldnt let there kids be divs. me and my sister turned out great(not being up ourselfs) because our parents treated us nice and told us off when we needed to be. we sat at the table for dinner and had to ask to get off of it, never ran riot... if only parents we all good parents..

yes kids should be allowed, but only if their parents know how to take control.
my family was eating at 'On the Border' celebrating my bro's birthday one year. the family next to us had a kid who wouldnt stop singing "Feliz Navidad" or whatever it's called
for like 45 minutes he wouldnt shut up....loudly singing "we wanna wish u a merry christmas" over and over. everytime we thought he'd stopped -- it'd keep going.
the parents never said anything to him, didnt appologize to people around them, nothing. they acted like he wasnt there and thats the only reason why kids are a pain. it's when the parents dont do anything about it.

Ive seen parents act alot worse than kids. I think its more about maturity level than age but then again, you cant just calculate someones maturity level right off the bat.
