'Pool deserved the win and I'll let their fans have their moment, cus as usual I can't see them winning anything next season. Next week away at Chelsea became just that little bit more important now.

LOL at Liverpool fans creaming their pants. After 10 minutes, Man Utd put the foot off the gas. Man Utd have double the points tally they had at the same stage last season, so I am not too worried.Pool deserved to win though Wow. Two whole points more than last year. Let's use examples here. Say someone had £500,000 and then doubled it. That'd be pretty impressive. If someone had 2p then doubled that it'd be like "So what. 4p is still pretty sh*t."

I think the point he's trying to make is that we often start off crap - then again we often win the league at the end of it.

You're probably right. Man Utd do have a habit of doing that. As the saying goes 'It's not how you start it, but how you finish it.' But it's too early to see where everything's going. Look at Hull. I don't think they'll be where they are come the end of the season. After ten games or so Man Utd will probably be in the top four at that time, giving a clearer indication.

United didn't step up a gear today. Liverpool rested alot of players were United had alot away with International duty.
Uniteds trouble lies with Scholes, Brown and Van Der Sar. Good squad players, but on a game like today, you have to be at your best. The 3 I name could be replaces with youth.
Not 2 worry though. Difficult week coming aswel. Villareal & Chelsea.
Liverpool weren't that good. How many shots did they have btw

I'm a liverpool fan and while my heart says liverpool to win the league, clearly my head doesn't. I reckon arsenal will, so nothing for you either utd! At least we will have the satisfaction of saying that we had the better season after we beat you at Old trafford aswell because the points difference one way or the other won't be much between us.

Who would you replace Brown with? It's a good question. United should be looking at bosingwa before he went to Chelsea. I think Fabio can play there

Fabio's a left back, if Rafeal had of played today he'd probably have been ripped to shreds. They aren't ready yet especially for big games.

Also, in the Chelsea game, when Terry got sent off, how can people argue about that. All the pundits were saying it should have been a yellow and compared it to Vidic's challenge on Keane, byt Terry wrapped his arm around Jo's body, completley differant kettle of fish. Wrestlaholic, your sig is massive

I'm not making any excuse, great win by Liverpool, yes we didn't have Ronaldo, but then you have to remember that Liverpool for more than half the game didn't have Gerrard, and for none of the game did they have Torres. So congrats to Rafa & 'Pool, deserved it, a lot.
