During tonight's TNA PPV, they announced that Jackie Moore had attacked Salinas backstage. That was Salinas' storyline exit as she's quit the company. The story making the rounds was that she had booked a role in an Italian film that would have put her into conflicts with TNA bookings. I've heard she offered to give up the film role if TNA would give her a pay raise and when that didn't happen, gave her notice. I believe TNA tried to get her to come into the PPV and TV this week to be written out but when that happened, they simply said she was attacked off camera.

It's ok, TNA wasn't even using her at all anyways. She'll make the money she wants from this film and I wouldn't be suprised to see her pop up in TNA again at some point.

Now all we need to do is get rid of Hector Guerrero.

She's not that good of a wrestler so . Plus, her contract was comnig up in a few weeks anyways. She doesn't deserve a raise to stand there imo lol. Also, this frees up some $$ to maybe bring in another GOOD knockout.

Maybe they could fire several more Knockouts so they can keep Christian Cage and Kevin Nash on the roster.

Oh no layton, that would make too much sense. Why not instead of hiring another knockout, they get rid of others along with some useless TNA talent... and bring some better talent. But then what would TNA do without Matt Morgan, Daivari, etc.!? - Triple S

Yeah, because why firing talent in Bashir and MOrgan would make alot of sense

I'd say give her the money. She's budding into what I'd say is one of the best knockouts that doesn't fight.

Yeah, because why firing talent in Bashir and MOrgan would make alot of sense You can't honestly tell me you see Morgan or Bashir still as "stars" in TNA come February/March of 2009. Bashir will drop the title to Creed by January and wind up jobbing out to the likes of Lethal, AJ, etc. on iMPACT! week after week. As for Morgan, he's nothing special. Don't they still have Tomko? Thats all Morgan is, a face Tomko. The "Blueprint" wouldn't be missed by many in TNA, i'll tell you that much. TNA should be putting money into these independant/ROH guys that decide they want to be on weekly national TV. They should've tried to snag up Sydal before the WWE did. Look at TNA in 2004/2005, talked about so much. They were on the rise with their shows. The fueds and matches were much better than they are now. TNA needs to realise that while signing these WWE rejects might bring them the mainstream crowd, they're slowly going to lose their original fanbase. Point blank: TNA used to be the alternative to the WWE and thats what got be hooked on the product. WWE was getting boring and repetitive, while TNA had some fresh faces and better talent. Now TNA is WWE Jr., spitting out the same garbage as WWE does that angers wrestling fans. - Triple S

Now TNA is WWE Jr., spitting out the same garbage as WWE does that angers wrestling fans. - Triple S They said the other week on SESCOOPS.com that Tomko is being "paid by appearance" and that because he lives in Florida they still want to use him some. However, they want to use him to job so they can put younger stars over. That was the whole point of bringing him in in that 3 man gauntlet Joe was in. I actually believe TNA had a chance to get Sydal. He was on Victory Road '04 in the X-Division Gauntlet. Also, they could've scooped up Psychosis, Spanky ( aka Brian Kendrick)....there are others they just aren't coming to mind at the moment. I agree that TNA "use" to be the alternative to WWE. I mean don't get me wrong I consider myself loyal to the product I watch it every week, but the mear fact they continue signing the WWE rejects is getting kinda old. I mean don't get me wrong some of theses pickups were good (Angle, Christian, Booker T). But others I just see as a waste. But see now since they have gained mainstream exposure since putting Joe over these people who tune in expect to see Booker T, Angle, or Christian with the strap. When they see Joe they are like "Who is That?" I totally agree they should be picking up more ROH talent. Just wondering, why haven't they tried to sign Bryan Danielson or The Briscoes?

Ok, so now we have 2 TNAFan17's? I'm lost... and if they are both SG, isn't it like against TOS to have 2 usernames or something? Whatever. Either way:
Morgan is nothing special and in my opinion, a waste of money. They have enough "big guys", this isn't the WWE. They don't have 2 3 hour shows and a 1 hour show each week. They also don't have a roster of 69+ men and 13 women. They should really release: Abdul Bashir, BG James, Booker T, Brother Devon, Brother Ray, Kevin Nash, Kip James, Lance Rock, Matt Morgan, Rhino, Scott Steiner and Sting. Most of these guys don't even work that many matches a year and the ones that do, are just old and boring. Bashir, Morgan and Rhino on the other hand... just don't bring anything to the company or it's product.
Bashir will do his "anti-america" gimmick for another month or 2, but it'll get stale quickly after. He can't bring much else, if anything to TNA after that. He'll get lost in the shuffle and is wasting a roster spot. This could easily be given to a young, fresh face that doesn't need a gimmick to get over. Look at the WWE, not many of their talent have gimmick anymore, nor did TNA in 2004. Like the WWE has Kane, The Undertaker, Umaga and The Boogeyman... the rest of the roster are just people. TNA has Shark Boy, Abyss, Curry Man ( sadly ) and now "Super Eric". Theres no need for a gimmick based off of a video game ( Guitar Hero/Rock Band ), or a gimmick thats run it's course of god knows how many years now ( Sting ).
TNA should be pushing it's Main Eventers as: AJ Styles, Samoa Joe, Kurt Angle, and Jeff Jarrett ( sadly )
Upper-Carder: Abyss, Christian Cage, Christopher Daniels, James Storm and Robert Roode
Main Event X-Divsion: Chris Sabin, Jay Lethal, Petey Williams and Alex Shelley
The rest of the X-Division: Sonjay Dutt, Shark Boy, Eric Young ( maybe ), Consequences Creed, Johnny Devine and Jimmy Rave
TNA also needs to build a better tag team division. Tired of seeing these Team 3D vs. "crap, let's throw 2 faces together... Matt Morgan and Abyss!" matches as fueds. Scratch the whole "Suicide" gimmick with Kaz. The game is already out and it's not going to raise the sales of the game. Bring back Bentley ( is he even anywhere? ) and team these 2 back up. They had great in-ring chemistry together and would make a great "pretty boy" heel tag team again in TNA. Hell, bring back Andy Douglas and Chase Stevens. I personally also thought these were 2 young talents that had/have much potential and work great as a team.
... pretty much, too tired to break it all down. But TNA needs a better tag division ( something WWE is lacking ), to cut off some dead weight, push it's TALENT and the guys that helped make TNA great, bring back the better talent that made 2004 possibly the best year in TNA history ( my opinion ).
