The Batman figure is "Neural Claw Batman" from the Hasbro/Kenner "Legends of the Dark Knight". The two vehicles are the Ertl diecast cars that were released back around the time of the first Keaton movie.

I Don't Plan On Selling Them Just out Of Interest.

No problem. The last series of the LoTDK was hard to find and the "Dark Knight Batman" Is the jewel of the set. Dark Knight Batman - There was also an IE Exclusive "Dark Knight Detective" Batman which was a repaint of the Dark Knight Batman in all black and an IE Clayface. And there were some variants/chases in the regular line...but that one wasn't one of them.

The Legends of the Dark Knight series overall was amazing. My personal favorites were the pirate and Egyptian sets. I need to find those.

I loved those figures - (Click on pics to enlarge) And here's my "Legends of Batman" That are still out (many of the WB store repaints are packed away)- And in the album below you can see about 90% of my DC figures...(at least the ones that aren't away in storage)
