Pretty much anyone except Meg White and Ringo Starr.
I don't know who the best is, but I'll say this: Mike Diamond is underrated as far as drummers go.

Easily Peart or Moon... no one ever born can even hope to be as fantastic as these two... and lol at someone saying Joey Jordison and actually being serious Ringo Starr is pretty much the man too

Peart, Moon, and Bonham are usually obvious choices for most. I'm a big Metallica and Pantera fan so I'd easily say Vinnie and Lars. But if I had to pick a drummer that I think is the most talented and entertaining to watch, it'd have to be Tommy Clufetos. Unfortunately all I can find on him on youtube are his solos from Rob Zombie concerts where he just slams around on the symbols while doing double kickers. When he used to tour with Ted Nugent he'd do 15-20 minute drum solos sometimes that would range from 1920s big band music, transition into some swing music and would just basically go up through the ages from the 20s to current. I believe he has a solo on the Ted Nugent dvd that came out in 2002 or 2003.

The one from Mudvayne, didn't he play the biggest drum kit ever made one time? Saw Joey Jordison play a drum solo on a rotating kit once that went upside down, in Brighton England.
