Two possible scenarios: A. This is complete bull shit. B. Jeffery blew it and will be gone, and back in TNA slathering green goo on his body to his own wierd rock.

I'm not gonna jump to conclusions because we don't know what happened yet ... it really could be for anything.
If it is drugs, that's horrible and in that case I'd sadly have to say Jeff deserves whatever he gets after getting so many chances. Hopefully this isn't the case though.

One more positive test, and Hardy is o-u-t-OUT! But he's so over with the kids, they'll switch his and Yang's results or something. They probably already did that... that's why Yang got the first violation. It's all making sense now. Hardy needs some ing rehab if this is drug related.

I can see it now...
"WWE has come to terms of the release of Jeff Hardy. We wish him the best in Future Endeavors."

Oh happy day, I can't wait for all the Hardy marks to start crying. And if he gets caught with drugs on him, he'll be released. Unless it's weed. In b4 weed is not a drug. Weed is not a drug its a plant and if you should set it on fire there are some effects. Drugs you have to do stuff chemically, boil water add backing soda i don't no the recipe i'm just saying

I hope that he was just stopped for an autograph and I'm praying its not anything serious that will get him in trouble. Yeah because that NEVER happens and is totally news worthy.

I personally am hoping it's a drug violation and he's fired.

"No, Mr. Hardy, we will not give you a cavity search. Please leave us alone." Boy, that woulda been funny in like 6th grade.. Impossible. I wasn't a wrestling fan until High School. Well if they found drugs. Na Na Na Na Na Na Na Na. Don't the drugs have to be present in his body and found via a drug test for it to qualify as a Wellness Policy Violation? Because that would make sense to me personally... Being caught by the authorities in possession of drugs is just as bad. Hence RVD getting double-stripped and suspended after his little incident. Oh happy day, I can't wait for all the Hardy marks to start crying. And if he gets caught with drugs on him, he'll be released. Unless it's weed. In b4 weed is not a drug. Weed appears to fit into those definitions of "drugs."

If it is weed then that wont equal a suspension, he'll just get a $1000 fine. From WWE Wellness Policy: Section 14 of the Policy is hereby deleted and replaced in its entirety as follows: "14. PENALTIES A. FOR POSITIVE DRUG TESTS OTHER THAN MARIJUANA First Offense. In the event of an initial positive result for drugs prohibited by this Policy other than marijuana, the Talent shall be fined an amount equal to 30 days’ pay deducted from your downside guarantee on a weekly basis. The Company may, at its discretion, schedule the Talent to work selected televised events without pay, pay-per-views with pay, and non-televised live events with a $200 stipend per event during the 30 day suspension period. Second Offense. In the event of a second positive result for drugs prohibited by this Policy other than marijuana, the Talent shall be fined an amount equal to 60 days’ pay deducted from your downside guarantee on a weekly basis. The Company may, at its discretion, schedule the Talent to work selected televised events without pay, pay-per-views with pay and non-televised live events with a $200 stipend per event during the 60 day suspension period. Alternatively, in cases where the Talent appears to be in need of a drug rehabilitation program, the Talent shall not be assigned to work until the individual has successfully completed the drug rehabilitation program. However, regardless of the length of the program, the Talent’s fine shall be limited to 60 days’ pay. Third Offense. In the event of a third positive result for drugs prohibited by this Policy other than marijuana, the Talent’s contract with WWE will be terminated. B. FOR POSITIVE MARIJUANA DRUG TESTS
In the event of any positive result for marijuana, the Talent shall be fined One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) per positive result, which shall be deducted from the Talent’s downside guarantee." All other terms and conditions of the Policy shall remain in full force and effect. corporate.wwe.com/news/wellness/wellness.jsp
