Angle would have won it (that was the original plan but it was changed to "make" Jericho), and much the same thing would have happened - weak feud with HHH leading up to WrestleMania (although Angle-Steph might have been more interesting than Jericho-Steph, given their romantic history), playing second fiddle to Hogan vs Rock. What if Rock and (a healthy) Austin both decided to come back to WWE as full-time wrestlers now in 2008? |
