Hey guys,
it's been a while since I've made a relatively large post of my recent buys and receivings, so I thought I would share a few of them with everyone once again.
Everything except for the CS18 Kane was bought via eBay wins/purchases, and I'll try my best to remember how much I paid for each item/lot.
So, without any further ado, here are my recent buys and/or receivings (in mostly chronological order) with a little something for everyone...
First, I won this MOC CS13 Bad News Brown on eBay for $11 shipped a few weeks back, which has since been added to my loose CS collection. I had briefly stopped collecting around the time CS13 first hit stores, so I missed it then and was glad to add it to my collection now.
Next, I've yet to take actual pictures of these BCA-era title belts I won on eBay for $11.50 shipped a few weeks back, but this picture is pretty clear and should be able to show all the details (taken by the seller):
As I had posted in the Just Bought thread, the set of BCA belts I had were mangled after the way they were positioned in the box set they came in, and I didn't own the limited edition Smoking Skull belt, so I went ahead and bid on this lot and thankfully won. I'll more than likely take pics of them myself in the near future.
Next, I scored a great deal on this MOC AD2 Stamboli/Guerrero 2-Pack for only $7 shipped, which was pretty banged up so I willingly added them to my loose collection and didn't worry about the value these still might hold.
Another buy I haven't taken better pics of (mostly because they arrived in worse shape that the photo suggested) is this lot of five various Jakks figures I bought for about $6 shipped on eBay; the RA Undertaker turned out better than the rest, which I'm very thankful for as it is my favorite of the bunch.
Next, I won these five MOC somewhat older Jakks RA figures for $25 shipped. I have since resold the Steiner and Triple H, as I already owned both loose, and decided to open and keep the other three for my loose RA collection.
Backlash 2004 Chris Jericho
Bad Blood 2003 (First Raw PPV Winners) Series Scott Steiner
I also took a closer photo of this Kane as I remember kaneisdaman wanting this before, and thought maybe if he seen this post, he would have some use for this prototype; if not, that's fine, I just thought I would help him out.
RA6 Triple H
SummerSlam 2004 JBL
SummerSlam 2004 Eddie Guerrero (excellent figure, by the way)
Next, I bought this MOC RA17.5 John Cena for the hell of it, as it was going for cheap on eBay and always liked the look and the accessories of this particular figure; I paid about $5-6 shipped for it.
I bought up this lot of 7 older Jakks Divas figures for $16 shipped, plan on reselling the doubles of Molly and Stephanie and most likely keeping the rest for my loose Jakks collection. I don't normally collect Divas figures, but this was a great deal and I still wanted a few of them for my collection, and to replace the Molly I regretted selling about a year ago.
Also, another lot I won that I haven't taken better pictures of (so I'm using the seller's) are these two combined lots I won for $20-21 shipped, all in very good to excellent condition with a few scrapes here and there, including the awesome WMXX Winners Chris Benoit figure.
I also was able to win this WM21 2-Pack featuring an RA Kurt Angle with hair and repainted TTL10 Kane from WMX8 for about $22 shipped, which I've yet to open as the MOC carding is truly in excellent shape. I doubt I will sell it, as it is such a nice piece and I've always wanted to own the RA Kurt.
Speaking of Kane, I also recently picked this CS18 Kane up (as the one, lone store purchase for me) despite its flaws for my loose CS collection.
And, finally, some more "vintage" Jakks receivings from eBay, starting off with the complete set of the newer style BCA figures for about $25-26 shipped.
Pics of the back carding (literally!)
Another minor purchase, going back to the original style of BCA figures, are these five WrestleMania XIV singles series figures I bought for about $11-12 shipped. I ended up reselling the Austin and HHH (as I already owned both), and decided to keep the other three for my loose BCA collection. Probably one of my favorite BCA cardings ever made, too.
Check out the rarely-pictured (as far as BCA cardings are concerned) protos of the Shotgun Saturday Night Series 1 set on the back, too:
FINALLY, this large lot of 14 MOC BCA figures came from eBay, as well, for a little over $28 shipped, or $2 per MOC figure. I've since opened Austin, Edge, Al Snow, Gangrel, Test and Hardcore Holly for my loose collection, and will likely try to resell the rest (although I might open the McMahon to have two of those terrible suits in my collection).
And, I decided not to take back carding pictures for this lot as I already have pics of them from previous buys, so if you're interested in seeing them, let me know and I'll post them.
Well, that's it for now, but I do have another one or two small lots I'm waiting on, so I'll post pics of them if they arrive soon.
Thanks for looking, as always, and I hope the pics didn't take too long to load.
