Official Australian General Topic Thread

Jack cleaned up the thread and left it in general. It was only moved into banter after TRW posted so i have come to the conclusion jack didnt move it as he didnt mind it in Gen, TRW moved it.

I could be wrong though.

also yeah, this was made for australians to post in because our country has alot of different things from the US. We also have alot of different news.

I moved it actually. I came in here and there was a big number of one word replies and spam that I had to clean up. Be happy that it didn't just get locked and done away with. Jay pretty much stated that anymore spamming in here would result in that.

I moved the thread. I don't mind the thread being here. I honestly don't. But it shouldn't matter if it's in the banter board or the lounge. You can still discuss things in here if you really want to discuss things. The post count issue shouldn't matter. And as far as there being 30 Austrailians...they aren't even using this thread. Let alone an entire board. I've never really had any problems with any of you guys and I'd like to keep it that way. There is just never going to be another board dedicated to an entire country. It's just not happening.

Rove is just awesome, easily my favourite show aside from wrestling. The Kevin Rudd PM thing is hilarious!! Same as carie at the news desk.



But in all fairness, our posts should be counted, its not like we are spamming, for some of us it will be our main point of discussion. Thats all, so why not keep it on the main board.

Personally i dont care where it is, just as long as its there and not locked.

Although it's nice to have this thread, it kind of sucks that all topics get mixed up together, it's hard to keep a discussion on one thing going, already in these 3 pages there are many different topics all getting mixed up.

And another thing, our posts in here should count, there is no spam in here.

And I don't want to argue with the admins but really what is the difference between Canada and the USA? Canada get their own board yet they are on the same continent and have the same lifestyle as the USA, yet here we have a CONTINENT with a completely different way of life having to post in one thread on the banter board of all places.

My favourite show would have to be 'Thank God your here' that show continues to crack me up everytime. Or one i didnt mind when it was on was the Ronnie Johns half hour.

that show was ing horrible.

i dont watch much aussie made shows, probably only rove and TGYH.

Most aussie shows/movies are absolute shit.

Summer Heights high was awesome, when it and the chaser were on, that was the best hour or television.
