Today marks the seventh anniversary of the unfortunate death of Eddie Guerrero. The wrestling world lost a true legend that day and he will be forever missed. I've been wanting this figure for a long time, and finally gave in to a great deal on eBay. Of all the days it arrived, it was today. It's a great figure, with a great likeness of Eddie and it will go in a place of honor amongst my collection. "I love you Eddie . . . always and forever." - Vickie Guerrero's tweet today. "Seven years ago, I lost my uncle, brother, friend. The whole world lost a hero, but heaven gained a returning son. Eddie Guerrero, gone but not forgotten." - Chavo Guerrero's tweet today. Viva la raza!

Meijer in Aurora/Naperville on route 59 stocked up on Elite 16, had everyone except Kevin Nash. Had about 3 Diesels, a few slaters and everyone else except nash Thanks so much for posting this. Went there this morning and grabbed the last Diesel. Been looking all over for him to replace my broken one (hip joint) that came without tassels.

SUCCESS!! Needed to pop the hip joints to make it work. So happy it worked out. And now I know that you can boil and pop hip joints. Thanks The Coon for your suggestions and getting me to post my first pics!

Yea, right where you swivel the legs to turn it around, boil and pop there. Don't pop the actual hip off, just the legs. Then replace them and you should be alright. But the sculpt of the upper hip joints won't match up then. Notice the back view, the pant wrinkle is horizontal. That's how it should be on the back. So if I just pop below the hip, it doesn't match the sculpt.

Pictures? You can probably just boil and pop the legs right at the hips where they turn and replace it that way. But pictures would be helpful. Never posted pics before. Opening a photobucket account now. How do I place the pics in the message?

Finally found a Diesel to replace the one I bought with no belt tassels. However, Mattel made him butt forward. You read right, butt forward. Meaning, based on the sculpt, I can't just turn the legs and waist around or the tassels end up on the inside of the leg.
So, I've done the boil and pop on some other figures but never the hip joint. Does the hip joint boil and pop like all the others? Do I risk breaking the joint?

I saw the figure in person at the NY Comic Con when Matty Collector was there. It's not a bad scan at all. It does make him look a bit older, but it's not horrible. Like everyone else has said, wait till you see it in person. I think the overall look and accessories far outweigh any concerns about the scan. If you like Ziggler, it's a must have.

It's funny, I have a ton of Figs but no Orton yet...just recently caved on an E17 Cena Same with me. Finally picked up E17 Cena yesterday and I love it. Still can't find just the right Orton. I like the black/green E16 trunks, but hate the head sculpt.

Has anyone found Eddie Guerrero at Big Lots recently? Maybe within the past couple of weeks? I'm wondering if either the Big Lots near me never got him, or I missed him.
Not sure if I want to spend $25+ on eBay for him if I still have a shot at finding him at Big Lots for $9. Did I miss it?

If your coming to the U.S. try Sears. The ones attached to malls, not the stand alone hardware appliance stores. Most will say that they don't carry toys, but if you go in and go to the kids clothing section, you may be able to find a stand alone display of WWE elite, basic, and rumblers. Recently, Sears has been stocking E16 and Diesels have been found along with Slater.
I would assume they'll still have a WWE display through the holidays.

Just had a six man ladder match in the Sunday Night Heat arena. 5 WWE Superstars and one CAW. There was no crowd. Totally empty arena. All empty chairs. When Brodus came out, the Funkadackdyls weren't with him and you couldn't hear his music or the announcer. When the other wrestlers came out, you could hear music and announcements. When the match started, the crowd noise sounded like 5 people at best. Until someone went through the announce table then there was a normal crowd roar. Also some ECW chants, but otherwise, empty arena with a handful of people cheering (not anything close to a crowd noise). Is this a glitch or is this how the Sunday Night Heat arena is? Are you sure it was Sunday Night Heat? Maybe you picked Halftime Heat by accident since that is an empty arena. Ahhhh, didn't even realize there was a halftime heat arena. Since I just let the game pick the arena for me, I must not have noticed. That makes sense. Thanks!

Just picked up the game and noticed that I can't add a manager in Universe mode. Is there a way to do this like you do in just a regular non-universe match? For example, if I want Paul Bearer to come out with Mankind every time he wrestlers in universe mode, is there a way to do this? Do I have to make Paul and Mankind a team like the other tag teams? Is it not just by pressing X (or Square on the PS3) like it was last year? Yes, it's like that in an exhibition match. But in Universe mode it has already picked the matches and doesn't give you an option to add a manager. However, I did discover that if you change the participants in the match, then you can pick which outfit they wear and if they have a manager with them or not.

Walmart in Montgomery, corner of route 30 and Orchard Rd has E17. Four Zacks, three Kofis, tons of Cena. No KK and no Mankind. This was as of 2:23 today. Went back to this Walmart today, and actually found one Mankind figure if anyone is looking for him. He is NOT on the pegs (unless they clean up that section) look just beneath the pegs on the shelf below. Still a few Ryders left as well. As of 12:00pm today.
