For the past couple years I see the direction I am leading GWV changes as my goals change. Throughout this I try not to do to many drastic changes and try to subtly change stuff through the years. For examples GWV started as a dream match type fed with legends mixed with current guys and now I've changed it to a more contemporary Indy fed. I think the way to change directions in feds is to do it subtly. As towards how to stay focused, uhm. What I do is I have a plan of everything I want to do and what I want to accomplish in the shows I have planned. I may stray from stuff but I generally know what I am planning to do.
