Well that was inevitable and painful. Like a trip to the dentist. Lovely.

What has the English/Welsh media said about the Swansea hire? I'm curious. Mixture of some support (the Soccer Saturday pundits said Bradley was a good coach who deserved a chance) and some of Ryan Giggs' former Wales teammates saying he deserved the opportunity instead.

3 teams on 20 and 2 on 19. Still no point in predicting the top end of the table. Am I safe in predicting that Man Utd won't be winning it?

Got to go even slower, Nacer. What a signing he's been for us. Please tell me you took the bet! Wouldn't have mattered anyway, I think he deleted his account out of shame.

Why does Bob Bradley look like he's had botox gone wrong?

I'd be willing to put £1000 on the line that he doesn't get more than 5 goals. And you lot score around 25 goals total this season. He's really going to have to slow down if he wants to finish on 5 goals. Got to go even slower, Nacer. What a signing he's been for us.

I appear to be missing a couple of points from last week - the Leicester/S'hampton and the Burnley/Arsenal results haven't been counted. Yeah not sure what happened there, but corrected.

The thing that bugs me is that this board doesn't even need much modding. Just to sticky and unsticky threads as the seasons go by, and we can't even get that.

I assume this remains stickied because we're all agreed that it's the definitive season in the history of English football and that anything that happens after this is essentially meaningless, right? I've tried contacting both Dan and the admins to have the new one stickied but they're all very content to just be lazy and leave everything as it is.

Your ownership is terrible but if you got a decent manager in, the current squad is good enough to stay up definitely. Until the end of last season we still had amongst the best squads in the division. However, a lot of this lot have been here for years and can't be arsed. They're part of the problem. The whole club top to bottom is completely rotten. Yeah it is quite stale, but it has enough quality that you shouldn't be in a relegation battle. Steve Clarke could probably do well with you. He was doing good at Reading until he was linked with the Fulham job, and I think he was treated a tad harsh by us. He's currently caretaker at Villa but assuming he doesn't get the job permanently, he'd probably be available.

Bob Bradley appointed as Swansea manager....just because he's American, seemingly.
