It's about time somebody did one with white boots. It looks great.

I like Eva. If she would put the time in and learn to go in the ring, she would be the top diva in the WWE. She has the best body in the company and her face isn't bad. I can tell during her last two matches with AJ, that they were basically the same match, with the same finish, but Eva put on an acceptable performance for two quick squash matches. Any heat, including Xpac heat, is good for a performer. She's better off being hated, than not being cared about like Aksana was.
That all being said, Eva is still better in the ring than Cameron. I still don't know how she even got a roster spot after that tough enough segment with Austin a few years back.

no disrespect to Brodus, but his autograph is worth about as much as one of his shelf warming figures. I can't imagine anybody paying $300 to get any number of items autographed by him.

I was live at Raw last week. He still got a nice pop from the crowd. One thing I noticed, which was partially visible on TV was how out of touch Flair is with the current product. This is evidenced by his looking up at the ramp when Roman Reign's music hit.
I sat to the left of the stage. When Reign's music hit, Flair was looking at the stage instead of in the crowd where Reigns would normally enter. They tried to film it in a manner that wouldn't make it look obvious, but being it was live, they couldn't avoid showing it from one or two of the angles.
My guess is that Flair is not adding any real value and is out of touch. Triple H must have a big soft spot to keep bringing him back. They also did the belt thing with Cena/Flair. Passing of the torch for the most world title reigns? I expect to see Cena tie and pass Flair by next year for most title runs.

They will keep him in because it will help sales. WWE pushed his "beyond the ring" special on the network this past week. They are going to look at capitalizing on his name as much as possible. I would also think he probably gets some royalties off the game, they aren't looking to burn bridges with him. I would like to think they would want him back. Pulling him from the game would hurt the relationship IMO.

Flair has never been that ripped ever...that being said, I bought two of them. One to open and one to keep MOC. I think you could probably put a positive spin on the missing "RF" logo on his tights. I'd imagine that's a rare variant that could probably fetch a few extra bucks on resale. You got me triple checking mine now. I never bothered to disrobe him.
After checking him out, waist is good and the logo is present. Figure is best displayed with the robe IMO. The head sculpt makes the figure. Better than trying to do a custom.

It seemed to me that they probably edited the Smackdown promo because it was a much shorter segment than usual. I bet they will tone it down a bit until the situation with the shot down plane dies down.

picked up a couple around 5 pm thanks to the scalpers on Ebay being dumb enough to list the figure as an Amazon Exclusive pre-order. Amazon you say? Well let me just go check out Amazo....holy crap, they actually have this figure that people paid hundreds of dollars for leading up to today. Thank you to the scumbag scalper who is trying to sell these for $45 each all while telling us where to go to find the figure. That guy is a genius.
Best pick up in a long time. Stoked! More stoked on this one than the Ric Flair DM that recently arrived.

Hey guys, new to the forum. I've put off signing up for too long. I've enjoyed many posts on here, as well as learned a lot about collecting. I'll throw a little background out there and hope to fit in. It's hard to find other adults who like to collect these. My wife, who loves WWE, will even take digs at me for getting new "Dolls". Both of my daughters 9 and 3 are collecting along with me. The little one gets only basics and the older has a mix. She usually strikes gold when TRU or Target has a sale
I started when I was buying some for my older daughter last year. I believe it was last summer. I ended up on Mattel shop site and they had CM punk #20 on clearance. So I picked her up a few basics and I bought that one for myself thinking it was cool looking. My younger brother has a Jakks collection that will make you want to smack your mama. I thought about the Jakks bone crunchers I have in the attic. I said what the hell, why not get one and set it up on my desk at home to remind me how much fun it was collecting as a kid. Now my brother has every series ever put out MOC, including some special figures as well. I didn't get into those because I always felt the Jakks figures were kind of average looking. I hated that Rey Mysterio was the same size as the Undertaker. CM punk looked great on my TV stand.
Next thing you know, I ordered Cena, Christian, and several others from series 20. I picked up the Undertaker ABA figure super cheap for around $10 on Mattel's site. I then started seeing elites at TRU and Target. I found myself being pretty choosy on which ones I'd pick up. Before I knew it, I had a pretty good collection of around 30 figures going. My kids love to come into my man cave and check them out. Soon enough, I started remembering the times that I'd pass up figures in years passed. I eventually took to Ebay and realized the incredible value that some of these figures can have.
So about a year later, my collection is probably closing in on 250 figures. I have a collection of MOC figures in the closet (sometimes for resale, and sometimes because they have those elusive Elite titles that I may one day need). I have spent more than I care to think about on these figures. I've been careful and I haven't paid more than $35 for any one figure. I like them loose on display. Keeping them in the package defeats the purpose in my opinion. I've gotten smart about my purchases. Normally I'll purchase lots on Ebay, keeping what I want, and re-selling the ones I don't. I've found that at least half of my collection has been paid for by re-selling figures that accumulated in larger scale purchases.
I'm not the scalper who parts everything down to the body parts. I tend to hold onto the accessories, even when not displaying all of them. There are several figures that have eluded me. I have several extra's that I have for trade or sale. I've slowly graduated from getting only certain figures, to amassing every figure. Granted I will still pass on the shelf warming Rybacks and the Kofi Kingstons...because eventually I will be able to pick them up for $2 or 3 dollars on ebay down the road.
My best pickup to date was the Attitude Era Mankind for free! Was given to me by a seller on Ebay whom I had purchased multiple items from at great prices. He said he liked that I was purchasing so much and thought he'd throw in a figure. Now clearly this guy had no idea what he was holding, but it was a stellar find when I opened that package up expecting a few figures and the Mankind (complete with accessories) was in there.
I also managed to pick up two Arn Anderson's from RSC last year when they re-released them. I only bought two to get my hands on the belts. I still have one of the Arns in the closet. I wish I had purchased 10 of them. Those attitude era tag belts are so expensive! I've also picked up a few early Punks (had to do some head swaps to get a clean figure)
My worst pick up was Alberto Del Rio with the Spinner belt and Money in the Bank briefcase. I spent a cool $35 on him MOC. My dumb ass opened him up and put him on display....only to come across the loose version 2 more times for around $20....and yes, I purchased one of those too in order to acquire another spinner and briefcase on the cheap. That ADR is also in the closet.
The figures that have eluded me are:
Kevin Nash- I refuse to pay so much for a figure. I did, however, manage to get an nWo championship in a lot that included 15 or so belts for around $43 on ebay. I've since sold most of the basic belts and earned my $$ back. Until Nash joins the family, RSC nWo Randy Savage will carry the honors as the nWo champ in my collection.
Edge- with Red Rated R tights. (sorry, not feeling like looking up the series #'s on these) I do have blue edge (no glasses) and the black tights version as well. Both picked up for around $25 each on Ebay.
King Booker- I have the figure, but missing all of the accessories. I picked up the figure on ebay for $18, which I felt was a good buy. Has some paint wear, but overall good shape. Need the royal accessories.
Defining Moments Triple H- I almost had him yesterday for $25 on ebay....somebody bid it up to $33. I can't bring myself to pay that much for a loose figure anymore.
Matt Hardy- With the purple shirt (I scored the other with the trench coat on Ebay for around $25 a few months ago) Excellent figure
Matt Hardy's prototype brother- won't buy figures from Hong Kong or Singapore.
Anyway, I may be down to trade or sell a figure rather than take it to ebay. My goal in trading and/or selling some figures is to pay for the ones that I want/need. I've enjoyed the boards and look forward to being an active member-

New to the forum guys. Been reading posts for a few months. Decided to jump on and join the mix. Forgive my lack of signatures and cool swag...my forum savvy is weak.
As for the topic at hand...my wife used to think it was stupid in the beginning. 5 or so years ago she'd force me into a different room to watch. Over time, I got my step daughter interested because she saw stuff she liked. I convinced her to to go Wrestlemania about 3 years ago when it was in Miami. She felt the electricity in the crowd. Next thing you know, she's watching pretty regularly with my daughter and I. Now, I have a 3 year old daughter who can tell you who is on the roster and what their most of their moves are.
My wife is more excited about watching Raw than I am sometimes. Sometimes I think that I keep her around because she loves it so much....and encourages the kids to enjoy it...even when Reigns calls Kane Randy Orton's Bitch...and my 3 year old repeats it. WWE has that magic. Once it grabs hold of you, if you give it the slightest chance, it sucks you in and never lets you out. So to sum it up, you need to let it happen organically. A live event is a good way to get her started. My wife, 34, is now going as far as taking to the internet to read the dirt sheets. I can't help but love it.
