I really wish that Sting was an elite so we could get the jacket he wore with that attire but the figure looks great. It's the surfer Sting I wanted most and the surfer hair looks great on the BATB head. I hope that set isn't a 4 pack and are all released individually.
I'll also get AJ and the retro Kane, but I'm sooooo sick of NWO in street gear.

2) E46
3) E41
E41 was my favorite figure of the year last year for half the year and then landed #4 on my rankings. E46 ended up #3. Network Spotlight is/was the most anticipated figure of mine maybe ever, and could go down as my favorite Mattel figure of all time. Also, when he came out with the blue I thought it was so sweet. I love how he changed it up from the red, black, and white. To add to it he gave a nod to Texas Chainsaw Massacre and I'm a huge horror movie fan. With that said, for some reason E46 is growing on me every time I look at it on the shelf. When he wore it, it was my favorite look of his until the blue and when it was announce as a figure I was pumped. Then i saw it and kinda thought it was a little cartoony, but now it's climbing back up the ladder.

I wish they did them in the lime green and gray combo Also really liked this red attire. Silly to do just Xavier. This is exactly what I came in here to say. The green and grey gear just popped and was easily the coolest they had. The red was actually my second favorite out of them all... well aside from the one off white/gold stuff |

I hope not and I hope Mattel stops doing this with Styles and Rollins figs. I'm a collector who buys both basics and elites but I won't buy a basic version if it's the same as an elite. They would make more off of me at least if they would at least vary it a LITTLE

With Rollins and Aj in so many lineups lately I'm nervous to pull the trigger on any because Mattel doubles down on their attires a lot, whether it be a basic the same as an elite or a flat out rerelease within a few series

I LOVE getting line ups early. Yeah me too. Those along with proto images help fill the time gaps where we get bored between releases and exclusives randomly popping up. Jack Specific please keep this trend going! |

Funny to me how people lovvvvved the Warlord figure (myself included as it will probably be in my top 5 at year's end) and everyone dumped on rhyno yet look who's on the list and who's not. Kinda cool to see how many people shop on Ringside and don't visit the forums or everyone is just a hypocrite haha

Yeah this whole waiting until mid/late April for Beefcake and Warlord is a downer. Luckily I do have two Spotlight Finn's waiting for me at home today! Figure of the Year for me no question and it's only February. I don't even need to see the rest of the year to know that haha

Verryyyyy hard to pick just 5 haha but I'll try... And this is not including repaints (more Warriors, Machos, Harts, Rockers etc) or different personas of guys already made (Kona/Evil Crush, Repo Man, Strike Force Martel, etc) and also not including managers (The Genius, Slick etc):
1: Barbarian- Singles first and then HOPEFULLY we could get Powers of Pain
2: Power and Glory- Tag first so then we can get a singles Hercules after... don't need another Roma personally
3: Haku- I would buy any version up until his 2000's comeback but want his King Haku first
4: Steiner Brothers- if we got them I'm sure WCW would be first but their WWF attire was pretty colorful and fun
5: Dino Bravo- The baby blue with white logo is a must have
I'm not sure when Adam Bomb debuted but if he falls into that KOTR 93 cutoff then he jumps up to number 2 for me. There's a ton more that I would buy though!

I love those new Jakks wrestling buddies, it looks like they nailed the Tonka scale, plus they made a Finn Balor, I hope those succeed enough to make s'more like Andre, HBK, AJ, Bam Bam, Bayley, Nakamura, Doinky, etc.. I might accidentally buy the Flair bath robe as well, so I can wear it when I walk down the driveway to get my mail. I love the choice word of "accidentally" hahaha. instant classic |

Ripped torso or not, I'm just pumped on the amount of painted Balor's we're getting. I'm still holding out hope for Takeover: End to be made with the all black, grey, and white. Also want the gear when he was like a dragon. The Ripper I don't need (but would still buy) simply because it's pretty close to everything else.

Stoked on Balor! Happy we get that SS Seth but bummed it's a basic since we won't get the shirt, unless this is the one coming in the next elite series he's in.... but my guess is it's the black/grey so I'll bite on the basic. Really bummed that Warrior and Honky are just basics of previous releases. No need for that in my collection, and it's not even like that Warrior was sought after either.
