Depends... if the basic is just a basic version of the elite then no but if it's a different attire if a guy that I collect then yes

Had zero desire for DX HBK, even less for this one. Only other DX HBK I would buy is IYH. Only other DX HHH I would buy would be an elite version of BP45 or maybe McMahon Helmsley era. Yup! This exactly |

I'm going stick to pretty much my same logic as I do now but maybe not as loosely. I'll get most of the legends made and then the current guys I like such as Finn, Rollins, and AJ. With elites/basics I get every legend up until about 2000 along with the 3 current guys I named and occasionally other random figures I like as well.
These are awesome in my opinion and I hope Mattel continues with these.

Promise I'm not being a dick, but what?! Hahaha Im 20 years old and wasn't able to purchase hasbros at retail. Don't have the time nor the cash to collect them through auction sites and what not. Glad Mattel made there own versions because I can not only collect them but purchase them at retail. ok now I gotcha! |

I'm going with anything. Toy Fair last year was pretty good and we got a few legends figures so if we can match last year I'll be pumped.
Would love to see an updated Rollins and some sort of new Sting and Warrior figure though

I honestly think it's a good figure. I would have made it a regular elite, not a DM but it's still a good figure. Completely agree... shouldn't have been a DM (not really complaining though because it's cool to get the box art) but it's an awesome figure and is actually my favorite figure of 2016. |

Got pumped when I saw the preorder image of the whole list of b70... got unpumped when I saw it was a rerelease of my second to least favorite Mattel Warrior yet. B71 has me a little intrigued with Balor and Rollins but I won't get them until I see them to make sure they're not rereleases or basic versions of elites (which I'm sure at least Rollins will be) I don't think they will be I hope Seth Rollins is in his return 2016 extreme rules money in the bank and hope Finn balor is in his raw debut attire when he faced cesaro vs rusev vs Kevin Owens and then roman reigns I'm guessing you're right with Seth but I have a feeling that figure will soon be getting a release as an elite as well |

Sucks that warrior is just a rerelease. Dude, I wish they would just make the attire of the picture they used. They use it a lot and it was used a ton in 96 as well and I think it's pretty sick. I doubt we'll ever get it tho |

My only concern is the if they planned on putting out massive sets of pre orders then they wouldn't have just randomly dropped those WrestleMania battle packs for pre order yesterday. I would've just saved them for when everything dropped. Legit came in to write "I bet they did them on their own because they're so close to being in stock" and as I refreshed the page, BOOM, they're in stock |
