I like the belt. I looked for one. I bought a warrior figure i didnt want at all just for the belt. Who cares if it isnt a 'real' belt??? Not this guy. I put it right on cash in rollins and it looks cool. Now i have to find another because my son wants one. Some of you people must have really disappointing lives with as much as you bitch about

It originally looked like Rollins was laughing. Now it looks like him mom caught him dinkin the dink. They could kill seth rollins, rip his face off, and put it on the figure and people would still complain that it doesnt look good |

Some people weren't collectors when it came out the first time around, and it is a bit too expensive for some people. True to a point, but imagine if they remade every figure because new collectors didn't get a chance to buy it, there's a secondary market for new collectors of anything The secondary market is kinda like taking your pants off and walking backwards through a corn field. I dont blame people for not paying those prices, i blame the ones who do. I hear and inderstand the arguement that something worth what a person is willing to pay for it...but if you are willing to pay some of these prices then you have a serious problem. Not you in particular, just as a general sense. Also, mattel isnt here to please secondary sellers. They are selling for 5, 6, 7, or more times what mattel did. Mattel is 100% right to rerelease and kill that market. I dont care if nobody else or everybody else owns a figure, i Only care if i do. I say rerelease anything you think people will buy. Get them checks mattel! |

Things like this make me laugh. Why in earth would anyone think they made that change? People that looked for yoko and didnt find him, now he pops up by the dozens without the main selling point of the figure...not gonna go over well.
Between this and the guy who bought a paige figure and thought it was a swap, even though it was THE ONLY paige figure to hit retail everywhere and had both belts...
On another note though, i just got a rare variant rsc scsa that has a stone cold with almost no articulation and a tattoo just like goldberg had, and instead of the 2 belts, it has 2 quarters glued to photo paper. Bet its worth a ton.

Does anyone else hope this means they are getting rid of the excess rubber world title belts and updating to the vac plated one? I really hope not. I love the recent one, looks so much more natural around the waists of figures. But I could be in the minority on that one. You are. |

I said it would warm, and people here jumped me. But i was right.
But yeah, it needs to be bigger names and nore current guys.
Dx would sell. Nwo would sell IF it had hogan. Evolution would sell.
But the horsemen pack is like putting shawn michaels, the godwins, and tom brandy in a 4 pack and saying here guys buy this. Kids and casual fans would only know hbk, just like they only know flair.

I like divas figures as much as the next guy, i have a dozen or so, but i literally cringe whenever someone complains about the size of the boobs on an action figure. Its craplike this that causes people to think toy collectors are weird.

I didn't realize any of this was going on. Human Karai was like my one big outstanding want and I would have bought Krang Prime. I would like a movie Casey Jones as well from Turtles 2. The line seems to be doing well from what I can tell. I'm not sure why stuff is getting cancelled. The show has kind of fallen off for me with this most recent season but last season was probably my favorite to-date. The toys kind of just sell themselves at this point from what I'm seeing. Not sure why it's so hard to get us product. Seems like a bad sign. The problem is, has, and will always be Playmates. I appreciate the fact that they're trying to keep the price point low on these figures to keep them moving, but a LOT of the figures they've put out have suffered for it. Cheap looking sculpts, hollow legs, poor paint apps, missing paint apps...you get my drift. I hate the fact that they absolutely refuse to complete a team that's not the Turtles. We've gotten three of four Mutanimals (they won't do Pigeon Pete...but they'll do Squirrelanoid...right...good choice!); two of four Frogs (and that Atilla would have been a crapty Happy Meal toy let alone an 8-9 dollar figure is a retail toy line); and ONE of four Beavers (which is ridiculous when you consider they have the mold made already...just repaint it in four different colors. You take shortcuts all the time...why stop now?) They thumbed their nose at the fans and did Serpent Karai before her human form. I'm not even going to touch how they bungled the Classics Collection. Now they cancel Muckman, which was undoubtedly one of the best figures so far in this line. I don't understand how a toy company who has been in business as long as they have can be so bad at making and releasing toys. It's mind boggling. I'm not trying to do the fanboy bitch card here either, they literally make bad decision after bad decision.
