It was only possible to play 1vs1 with male superstars. Here some overalls:
Seth 93
Dean 90
AJ 89
K.O 86
Can´t remember the other 2..

AJ´s entrance was really cool, Seth had his new "reclaim" entrance.
AJ´s Finisher:
1. Phenomenal Forearm (Apron Forearm Smash or sth like that) - Just go to the outer side of the ropes and you can press the triangle button (ps4).
2. Styles Clash - Unfortunately without his "taunt" before the move.
His signatures:
1. Calf Crusher
2. some kind of neckbreaker (cannot remember the name)
So no Pele Kick and I could not find out if this one was in his moveset. EDIT: (It's a strong strike)

So some new things:
Taunts:
There are 2 kinds of taunts:
1. Crowd Taunt (e.g. AJ running to the middle rope and standing on it)
2. Opponent Taunt
One of them helped to gain more momentum and one of them increased your damage.

Some new moves:
Seth´s Superplex (?) from the Apron to the Michinoku Driver(?) - Combo
AJ Style did some kind of corkscrew sth from the Top Rope - never seen this before.

Also new:
Outside the Ring Finishers/Signatures (They were named Ring-out Finisher or sth like that)
AJ: Styles Clash and Pop-Up Styles Clash (The pop-up was like the Pop-Up from K.O. with his Pop-Up Powerbomb). So there are 4 finishers and 4(?) signatures for each superstar.

Seth´s special moves:
Signature: 1. Buckle Bomb 2. School Boy Kick
Finisher: 1. Pedigree 2. Curb Stomp (!)

Seth kicked out of 1 Phenomenal Forearm and 1 Styles Clash - The 2nd Phenomenal Forearm took him away.
Unfortunately the ref was still slow on going down for the pin..

Now something interesting new features:
You can break-out now AFTER the match. So I pinned Seth and won, afterwards I could breakout. That means I could control AJ again and could destroy Seth. He was barely moving and could not land any move anymore - Great !
You could brake the barricade with an OMG move (R1+Triangle) (even after the match) but it seems as this did not require a finisher after the match..
It was a match with DQ so i could not test the backstage area and cannot say something about the weapons..
Overall the game was familar, but it was definitly a WWE2k17 and not a WWE2k16.5 - Can´t wait for the release !

BTW: I asked some employees there and asked them your questions..

WWE Champion Dean Ambrose picked up some backstage heat from his recent "Stone Cold Podcast" with Steve Austin on the WWE Network, according to The Wrestling Observer Newsletter. The heat didn't come from any of Ambrose's answers, avoiding questions or for any of the awkward moments during the interview, but because he was being negative on creative and being negative on creative means being negative on Triple H and Vince McMahon.

Officials also were not happy about Ambrose publicly talking about how Brock Lesnar didn't want to do anything for their match at WrestleMania 32.
