I’m so excited about this next X-Men wave. Gambit, Beast, Jubilee and Blink are perfect. I’ll get the whole wave probably just to have Caliban as well and get rid of the other two figures.
Now if they can just make that Jim Lee Storm and remake Jean Grey.

Basics generally suck now but that Deville is fantastic. They are better than they ever have been. What is there to complain about with these? They lack articulation. Especially with the female basics that used to share the exact articulation as a female Elite figure. |

If that Sonya figure were an Elite, I'd get it but I hate basics. Hopefully she gets an Elite in the future.

Eh. That is kind of annoying about Hideo not being in the first set but oh well. Ruby and Black were my main wants in this line or any line.

I’ve never even seen a Becky yet.
But I’m pretty sure Bill said Paige was next and Bliss/Naomi/Nattie were pushed back.

This is one of the best sets I’ve ever seen, easily. I truly think they all look fantastic. I normally don’t have too much trouble finding the NXT series so I hope they pop up soon.

I just need that Ruby Riott figure. I want the rest too, but Riott is a must for me.
Hopefully we see MIB pictures soon and they start popping up. I was honestly afraid the whole series would get cancelled.

Take away the facial hair and AJ looks like a typical soccer mom.
I really like Kevin Owens and Nikki Cross. I’m not a fan of the bulky top though or that it’s a separate piece. Wolfe looks pretty good too. I like seeing new faces in the sets so it’s a pretty good series overall.

They should have set this line up differently. It should have had Series 1 be Sasha and Becky. 2 of each figure per case. Then have Series 2 be Maryse and someone like Alexa Bliss. Then we’d be on Series 3 with Paige and either Nattie or Naomi.
You can’t expect a store like Walgreens (nobody’s first stop when looking for wrestling figures) to sell out of a series with ONE character that seems to be 6 per case. And a niche product in general, seeing as it’s an all women’s line.
I would personally love to see this series grow and continue but at this point, Mattel, just end it and put the others that were supposed to come out in other lines (normal Elite line, Fan Central, etc.)

I hope it does well. I’ve been readinf dirtsheet rumors about some WWE wrestlers being interested in this promotion. I wont get my hopes up for underused talent jumping ship to make it a bigger wrestling company...but it’d be cool to see.
I’ll check it out regardless if/when it becomes a reality.
