Our warehouse is working hard on getting everyone's order out and we are keeping an close eye on delivery times for any delayed orders to try to get them to you in time for X-Mas. Psh! Have Black Friday 3.0 orders began shipping yet? My last 2 orders are still “Pending”. At those prices, those poor guys and gals are probably slammed! The ringside guy (Tom?) said that uso 2 pack would be released in 2024, but he meant 2023, right? We're not gonna have to wait over a year for these guys are we? Correct, it's 2023. |

I ordered the Ultimate Warrior last week. I checked ringside today and it is not listed on the site anymore. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- It is back up and listed at $24.99...but not expected to ship until mid-November. I see your order has shipped. What you see on the site now is for the next shipment, your order was from the current shipment. |

There are only 2 statuses on the website Pending or Shipped. Since the Toy drive figures are picked up from our warehouse they are not "shipped" with a tracking number. Thus it would always show pending. This is correct! |

Is the sale actually live? I checked Slaughter earlier today and he was 19.99, listed as in the sale and it's still 19.99. Idk, everything i was looking at before the sale is the exact same price when I check right now. Some of the items were already on sale in the previous Royal Rumble sale. |

Do all preorders with in stock items get marked as shipped before these are officially announced as in stock? I'm pretty sure all pre-orders have shipped. Let me know your order # and I'd be happy to check on it for you. |

If I made a huge order before Christmas, all in stock at the time but now not everything still in stock currently, will I still get my order asap? In other words, were my items reserved before sellout? Thanks! If it was in stock at the time of order, it wasn't on backorder; RSC's systems will pull a product from their site once they sold out on it and then they'll relist it as backorder. Their shipping delay was due to the pandemic; we'll get our orders when they can mail it out, but I hope they all stay healthy and well on their end as they do so! That is correct, if you have an existing order for an item that is reserving it. If you see the item on back-order on the site now for a later date, that is for new orders, it does not affect your order. Thanks for your patience and understanding. |

Just a quick Ringside Shipping Update! Unfortunately a lot of our staff was out the past few weeks due to the Covid surge in NY causing some processing delays. I was wondering why my order from Christmas Eve hadn't shipped and an IRL friend had ordered something a few nights ago that already shipped, then I saw this thread and thought to check. I guess I'm not alone haha. Completely understand if they are short staffed due to COVID though. I'm not impatient for my figures, I just wanted to make sure it wasn't like my order was "lost" or something We have different teams who work on different types of orders. This helps ship all orders as quickly as possible. We greatly appreciate your patience. Please PM me your order # if you'd like me to check on it for you. |

I’m concerned now because I have 2 Bloody Britt’s in the order as well, and now I see she’s on back order If an item is on back-order on the website, that is just for new orders.
