Exciting times in this diary, with Country Road coming up, and SNME returning. Can't wait to see Helmsley vs. Razor, and of course, Jarrett vs. Kid. Keep up the great writing.

Can't wait to read more of this diary. Interesting to learn who else besides Arn was under the mask. For the Doink push, are you going the little clown route, or an actual tag team? Keep up the great job.

Thanks everyone. I'm just lucky I have such an understanding and supportive fiancee. I've gone to live WWE TV more times in the past three years, than I ever did on my own.

Okay, I attempted to share these right after I got home from this week's Smackdown tapings, but I failed to realize I took too many, and most were duds. I have since deleted most, except the quality still and action shots - 37 in total. It was a pretty fun show live, aside from the fact that the BB&T Center has airport-strict security, including forbidding me to enter with the bag I was given after buying a t-shirt. Also, Roman Reigns came down the stairwell next to our row, so I was trampled by women and children running up to him. I caught a glimpse as he went by, and he's a giant dude in person. Although, my main reason for going was to see Daniel Bryan, and I wasn't disappointed. I digress. Also in the gallery are screen shots of myself and my sign on TV. www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=a.10155464861915206.1073741839.699700205&type=1&l=b1afe50b50Enjoy!

That's cool, but I was in section 103. Oh, one thing I'll have to remember if I ever go back to the BB&T Center for a show... Buy merch from a stand inside the building. I thought I was smart getting my Bryan shirt from a truck right outside the doors, but they wouldn't let me through with the white plastic bag they give you. I had to get out of line and grab an umbrella bag from the front door, and try to fold it through the narrow plastic. That's ridiculous. Is that for real? That's horrible. The line was pretty long when we walked past the merch stand outside, and there was some guy with a megaphone saying I was going to burn in hell for liking fake wrestling, or some such nonsense. The two inside were crazy pretty much all night. I was able to get out there during the Rowan/BIg Show match. I wanted the Bryan shirt but I figured I would just wait and try and get it cheaper online. I did notice they had autographed pictures of Bryan on our way out. I would have grabbed one of those had I seen them earlier but the merch stands were insane as we were walking out. That's true. First time that's ever been a problem. They even had to measure my Bryan sign to make sure it wasn't too big (It'll be on the broadcast tonight, btw). It was like going through airport security. I like to hit merch stands before each show. Better chance of them having my size.

I was there too. We were sitting two rows off the floor facing the camera. Our row was next to the stairwell where Reigns came down. I proceeded to get trampled by women and kids. One woman ran back to her seat shouting "I touched him! I touched him!" I was actually pretty caught off guard by the women and their reaction to Reigns, honestly. I had a girl that looked to be about 25, pretty attractive, sitting two rows down from me. She was on her phone damn near the entire time, minus when Reigns was out there. When he was out there she was going crazy haha. The whole deal was kind of comical to me. I guess maybe because he's a newer guy and Cena and Orton, while still getting those female reactions, have been around for a long time. To be fair though, Cena came out for the dark match and the girl right in front of me nearly busted my eardrum. I thought she was going to fall about 10 rows down she was jumping up and down freaking out so much. I get that these guys are good looking, but the total fan girl stuff has always kind of bee a weird reaction to it imo. To each their own. At least they bought a ticket, and I thought the turn out was good even with the upper bowl blocked off. Did you happen to see Victoria/Tara? She was sitting in section 119, probably about 5 or 6 rows up from the floor. She walked by us about a half dozen times. Not sure if people didn't recognize her or if nobody cared but it didn't seem like anyone was even trying to say hi to her. I know she was at ShockPop Con in Fort Lauderdale over the weekend, I went and saw her there, so I'm guessing she just stayed and caught Smackdown because she was in town. Not sure if she is local or not. That's cool, but I was in section 103. Oh, one thing I'll have to remember if I ever go back to the BB&T Center for a show... Just fooled around and came up with this. I saw LT-Bigelow in person. Owens would've killed LT.

I'd put the NXT Championship below every main roster title, but above every indy title. Winner winner chicken dinner! And to think a title that is only defended on a show for a network in front of a couple hundred people could be bigger then a mid card title defended in front of thousands (live) and millions (tv) is quite silly. In that respect, it's basically the WWE Television title.

An Elite body-painted Balor would probably blow the Mattel budget for a couple months.
On topic...
Balor Charlotte
I also second a Zayn-Owens Battle Pack.

The fiancee got us tickets (in honor of Valentines Day) to the Smackdown taping in Sunrise, at the BB&T Center next week. This'll be our fourth show we're attending together. As the date draws closer, I have a couple of questions.
1) We both seem to be stumped as to when the doors to the arena open, for a 7 pm start time (as on the tickets). We've attended Raw and a PPV before, but ironically, our first event together was Smackdown. Due to her shift running long, by the time we got there, we missed the Main Event show taping. I guess I'm trying to determine if doors open any differently for Smackdown events. A confirmation on the time would be appreciated.
2) Our last event together was Raw in July. Since then, I've finally joined the rest of humanity, and upgraded to a smartphone. I was wondering how/if arena WiFi exists. I mean, I'm sure I can grab the building's signal if it has one, but do you usually need a password? Just curious, as it would be nice to instantly upload any photos I take. Thank you!

He was one of my very favorites. As a kid, it was Piper, Flair, and Mr. Perfect. I really don't think there's a "bad" Curt Hennig match, but naming my favorite one would be like asking me to pick a favorite child.
Ironically, I didn't discover him through a WWF match, but rather, during his stint on Super Sloppy Double Dare in 1989. From then on, his cocky, cool demeanor, backed up by his awesome matches, had me hooked. Watching his promos helped me develop confidence as a kid. Something I kick myself about to this day, is opting not to go to a SmackDown taping in Boston in 2002. Instead, I had to study for my midterms. Little did I know that the Sunday Night Heat taping would have Edge vs. Mr. Perfect. I would never get another chance to see him live. I did see "RybAxel" compete in person on Raw this summer, which is the closest I'll get. Come to think of it, because Perfect was a hero to me, is why I want to root Curtis Axel on to more success. Oh well.
For those who want to see the Double Dare episode I mentioned, here it is...

Enjoy it man. My fiance has had my Valentines gift since Christmas Day - tickets to next week's Smackdown taping. At Christmas, she asked if I wanted to go as a Valentine's gift, by slyly trying to tell me she wasn't working that night. After it dawned on me, she then gave me the old "I'll think about it." However, after Bryan made his big announcement that he was returning for the Rumble match, she then broke down and told me she had two second row, lower level, camera-facing seats. It'll be our fourth show and second Smackdown taping together.
If your fiance is anything like mine, you can look forward to going again, many times in the future.

I'm a tough guy. By that I mean, I've had four open heart surgeries, had to endure a lot of pain, been around tons of gory and gross situations in my life. I rarely, if ever, flinch. However, the whole leg breaking scene in the second episode really got to me. I ended up leaving the room, until he was wheeling them into the hospital.
I've said this on FB, but I'll repeat it here: I really think this could be the most successful TV spin off since Frasier.
