I never had a problem with Brock saying “I don’t watch the show.” and he’s even said he doesn’t give a damn about the fans. It fits who he is, the guy that shows up to fight and get paid, that’s how he has been built. Where as Ronda has been built as a badass who is a life long WWE fan and loved the business to now crap on it. I wonder what Hotrod would say. Ya kidding? Roddy would love it. I don't agree with all the swearing, it shows a lack of imagination, but this is the day of knowing that wrestling is a farce. The veil has been torn off a long time ago. Ronda is doing a heel promo and I like it. You want people to boo you? This is what you need to do. The lost art of heeling is just that, lost. So you have to do what you have to do. If this gets people to react? Then it's working. But yeah. Knowing Piper, he'd be smiling. Dude Piper was protective as about the business, go watch the interview from when he was on Politicaly Incorrect with Bill Maher. He would not love someone who is a part of the business, gimmick or not, shitting on the business and calling it fake. |
