ive been watching a lot of old WWE stuff lately....like from the 90's and even mid 00's and i can say, with 100% conviction....that the commentary of these three people on this show and the 3 on smackdown. is the absolute WORST it has ever been in the history of the business. there's one thing to get excited about something, and also there has always been the element of kayfabe that needs to be kept. we get it. but holy crap, the stuff these guys have to say and the way they have to speak now is utterly disgusting. its stupid, its childish, it takes AWAY from the product way more than if they happen to stumble into something that actually adds to a match..... it might sound like broken record bitching, but im telling you....take some time and just go back to watch some stuff from the years past. forget about how great the camera work was....just listen to the way stuff is called. i seriously cannot stand listening to the commentary in wrestling anymore Sounds like u have a chip on your shoulder about this situation. |
