This is my entire childhood in one thread. I actually found a few of the single moc figures at a yard sale a few years back.

I'm just curious what shaped the members of wfigs in to the humans they are today. Whether it's the death of a loved one, birth of a child, meeting someone special, near death experience, etc...
For me, it was meeting my wife. I was 23, making decent money, living at home with mom and dad. Everything clicked when I met her. Now just two years later, we're working on getting our house built, 9 months in to our marriage, and I have a great (but back breaking) job that affords us an enjoyable lifestyle.
Let's get to know each other, wfigs.

Heading to North Carolina tomorrow for my yearly trip to all (well.. most) the race shops. Gonna hit up the Hall of Fame on the way out too. I'm trying to sweet talk my wife in to one of these trips in early fall. I want to at least go to SHR and the hall of fame.

So next week I'll be taking a mini-trip (2 days) to D.C. I've never been there before. I was supposed to go in 8th grade back in October 2001 but Septemeber 11th happened and a lot of stuff was closed so we ended up going to Philadelphia, Gettysburg and Hershey instead. I'm looking forward to seeing the sights and definitely want to check out the Police Memorial. I've heard getting around in traffic is a real bitch because of one way streets and parking is also a hassle. Anybody live there or visit often? Any tips or recommendations? Where are some good spots to get food like where the locals go? Are there any good micro-breweries out there? I collect pint glasses from local breweries from whatever place I'm visiting and try the beer. Thanks in advance! Don't pass up on a Nats game either. There's a butt load of amazing restaurants and microbrews inside the park.

The metro is your best bet for navigating through the city. I belive the police museum is around a block from the judiciary square stop. There are tons of places to park outside of the city and hop on the metro. Just download the D.C. metro map and it'll tell you all you need to know and it has a map of the system.
As far as breweries go, I'm not super familiar with northern VA. However, there are tons in central VA. Center of the universe brewery is in Ashland, Devil's Backbone is in Lexington, and Starr Hill is in Charlottesville.

It'd be pretty hard work to filter through the food and sunset images. Or college girl's legs' at the pool with a bud light in there somewhere. Ugh.

Also, where the hell is our Chris Hero?! I thought he would be right out of the gate. That's actually my number one want, for the better part of a decade. I was shocked to see Hawkins in the lineup. This. Hawkins had 2 RA, 1 ttl, and a da. I want that young knockout kid.

Not many, and they are strictly NASCAR. The Roses store I shopped at as a kid only sold racing champions and the cheap revell cars. I only bought winner's circle cars from walmart. The few hot wheels cars I have are the 2000-2001 Roush cars. Remember the 1:24 clear cars they made? I had a bunch of those. I don't remember the clear cars

I had no idea. I've never owned anything hot wheels so I'm clueless about this. You mean to tell me you don't own any Hot Wheels NASCAR's? Yeah that truck can be very valuable if it doesn't have the graphics on the roof. Not many, and they are strictly NASCAR. ] I like Robby. The black diecast out of the box is the first custom I ever made. If you like Robby Gordon, you should really buy the Hot Wheels Bad Mudder, it was based on Robby Gordon's Ford F150 Baja truck and due to a licensing dispute with Mattel they only released the truck once I had no idea. I've never owned anything hot wheels so I'm clueless about this.

sometimes i tell my girlfriend I'm taking a nap when really I just want to not text/hang out for a few hours. in all fairness though most of the time I am genuinely napping. You don't even know how many times I did that with my ex. I hardly ever slept though. Mostly played ps3 or watched a movie.
