I think it's awsome that you got it. Congrats .
And I feel like if they say what they paid, people will flip and act stupid. Look what gets said when someone says what they paid for figures or ring worn attires.
Just easier to avoid the hateful comments.

When did an exaggerated body mold become a crime against action figures? I actually like an exaggerated style. When did 100% accurate figures become the only acceptable kind of wrestling figure? Personally, when it looks nothing like the person it's supposed to be. Rey mysterio being as tall and as muscular as batista.... If it's a super hero figure or heman, be as exaggerated as you want.

Where you stand? Again... it makes no sense to me.
Collect who you want, like, respect, love to watch ect.
If you're collecting something due to how rare it is. You need to be into classic cars, stamps or coins.

Both are elite. The thigh cut is on both. I think he's taking about the upper knee joint on the right leg. Re-read my post. I was editing when you quoted me.

Did anyone else notice Mean Gene's one leg is elite and the other is basic? Bad photoshopping? Both are elite. The thigh cut is on both. And if you look at the pegs for the joints , both knees are double. Just bad photoshop work on the right upper knee.

Stupid figure choice, though it visually looks nicely created. Just don't understand the logic choosing someone so obscure. Next exclusive should just be the kid who Dibiase kicked his basketball away or Jose Lothario. Make someone we ask for Becuase if you make it a higher profile figure. People will have a melt down. Go look at people's reactions to the thunder cats one... kit and kat should be in the main line, not an exclusive.... That's exactly what happens..... So make it a piece that is off the wall and fun. That way people that want it, go for it. Those who have no need, don't worry about it.

I don't understand. ....
You're interested in getting into collecting. But have a small collection.... so you've already started collecting.
You want to know if any are rare..... why would it matter if they are? Unless you're looking to try and sell, which is the opposite of what you're telling us you want to do.....

While I kind of agree with you. I also dont. The events I go to are in columbus ohio. Yes it's considered an A level city for them. Over the last 6 years I've watched how much harder it's got to get tickets to things. And it's usually just raw. Both nxt shows. Row 1 and 3. House show first row 2 smack downs third row and 12th Raw 4th row and something else. Mitb 3rd row. So, I can hop on and get nxt tickets that sell out in 3 minutes.great seats too. But when I try to get raw now, even with preorder codes. I can't get closer then 12th row most of the time. I'm not expecting 1st row every time, but when I can't get close at all, even during presale. Some things gotta be up. It's a few things: -Increased high level sponsorships who (likely) seek and receive comped tickets close to the ring. WWE's advertising partners have grown in size in recent years. -Increased popularity among news media and trade publications. WWE used to be the red-headed stepchild of the sporting world, now they're plastered everywhere. Sports Illustrated, ESPN, Forbes, etc., etc., etc. These journalists get access to shows with increasing regularity. Not to mention the podcasters who get comped ringside seats every time WWE shows up in their market. -WWE's Ringsider Program. This is relatively new. They keep a large chunk of tickets for their grossly inflated VIP packages. In most instances, they don't sell, and these seats get thrown back into the public pool at face value about 5 days before the show -Ticketmaster Platinum Seats. This is venue specific, but most places have them. It's essentially Ticketmaster's foray into the secondary market. Part of WWE's contract with Ticketmaster includes the sale of many premium seats to their shows back to Ticketmaster at face value, so that Ticketmaster can jack the price up through the roof, usually even higher than you'd see on most secondary websites. All of these things have existed for a while, but they're coming increasingly common and growing in scale. Regarding your negative experience specifically with Raw, I presume WWE sees the most benefit in comping additional seats to the flagship TV show, rather than something like a Pay-Per-View, where they stand to lose more revenue by not offering as many ~$500 seats that include a chair. Where they hold raw here though. The vip and platinum seats are usually row 1 and 2. And suprisingly the ppv seats weren't that bad. 3rd row right behind commentary on the isle. $363 for mitb. Which is a popular show, while not a big 4. I'd expect tickets to be a bit more and harder to get. Just find it weird that it's simply raw that's become a total pain to get good seats to. Hell I got the original nxt seats on my phone while standing at work.

I'm confused with this thread. HOF was announced a long time ago on WWE.com, WWE Network, and there's proto images. Can you not read? It's exactly as I stated in the OP. Can't get much clearer than that. Here it is in again. A few weeks ago, I made a post on here about how the fourth series of Target's HOF line was a disappointment. MattelDesignTeam responded saying that the rumored lineup of Jake Roberts, George Steele, King Booker, and Edge was not the final lineup but said no more. Becuase it's easier to simply look at the title of a thread and just hit reply. Or read a sentence or two and hit reply. It's sad to think that a place that heavily relies on reading/comprehension/communication, alot of those 3 things just don't happen.

Simply put, they don't wanna blow their wad.
You just don't put all the big hitters out first. Sales will taper off. You have to use a cliff hanger type attitude. Drag the consumer along for the ride. They will pay attention for the ones they want. And will more than likely buy others that spark interest along the way. It's simple marketing.
Funko, made 3 power rangers like 2 years ago. Maybe longer. They are just now putting out the rest.

There is no reason anyone should have had to saw it off.
Or the fact that someone doesn't have an idea on how to take it off.... have they never wore a coat themselves?
While a few of the older coats can be a pain, they aren't that big of an ordeal.

And those of us that do want him. It's probably an age and location thing. Where I grew up I usually only saw awa/nwa/wcw stuff.. I didn't get to see a lot of wwf until I was probably 10. Magnum had a bright future cut wayyyyyyyy too short. Yeah I grew up watching the old NWA era and it's what I've always preferred. I can't wait to get the Magnum figure. The newer product just doesn't do it for me. I've tried hard to get into it. So I think you are correct with the age/generation thing. I'll watch Magnum any day over the shaking cameras and current roster. I love wrestling now more than I ever have. But I enjoy it for what it is. I really don't get hung up on most of the stuff that people moan about on here. It's like a popcorn flick to me. I wanna sit down and turn off for a couple hours.

I honestly never saw what the big deal with this guy was. He was alright, I guess. I hope they make him for all who want it but I'll pass. Yeah, I never understood why there are so many people on here want him. He's a character with a short run named after a TV show starring Tom Selleck. I'm passing. And those of us that do want him. It's probably an age and location thing. Where I grew up I usually only saw awa/nwa/wcw stuff.. I didn't get to see a lot of wwf until I was probably 10. That this be put into the already huge sdcc thread. Put it in a dm box and make it pretty though.

If you want tickets, especially good ones for any of the shows that weekend your best bet is stubhub. Yeah you are gonna pay more but it's really the only way. I'm convinced WWE doesn't actually put the tickets for this weekend up on ticketmaster and if they do it's very few. I have a friend who got $35 tickets on the pre sale but it's nose bleeds which anyone who has been to the Barclay Center before knows how much that sucks. I've also heard a rumor that WWE themselves secretly sells tickets on stubbub to make more money. Whether or not that's true I don't know. It wouldn't surprise me though since WWE wants to make travel packages like vacation packages for the weekend. It's not. StubHub is a marketplace aggregator, not a broker. They do not own any inventory. Every ticket they list on their site is owned by a ticketing broker, or an individual looking to resell. The same goes for Vivid Seats, and most popular resale marketplaces. It's immensely unlikely that WWE has any type of deal with any broker/marketplace. They may keep small blocks of tickets for promotional purposes, giveaways, etc., but that's it. If large chunks of tickets are being withheld from the public, it's the Barclays Center doing it internally. In all likelihood, that isn't even happening. Venues can't get away with withholding that many tickets. The problem here is that there are thousands upon thousands of people from all over the world looking to get tickets for this event, and realistically, there were probably less than 10,000 to go around, given what was held for travel packages and media (the New York market pulls more media comps than any other market.) It's just a matter of super high demand with very minimal availability. While I kind of agree with you. I also dont. The events I go to are in columbus ohio. Yes it's considered an A level city for them. Over the last 6 years I've watched how much harder it's got to get tickets to things. And it's usually just raw. Both nxt shows. Row 1 and 3. Boil and pop the head off... it'll fix that. Yeah just did. The pastic has some stress marks on it but not too bad. I just don't like having to boil the water for almost every figure I get nowadays. Lighter and hold the figure away from the flame. Will get rid of the marks.

On top of his gimp knee I just noticed the back of his head is caved in Man, I know bringing up QC issues on here is becoming taboo at this point but come on Mattel! Boil and pop the head off... it'll fix that.

They have made 2 different types of playsets for the mitb set up. Search ebay for them.
