1) Any RA or DA head fits on a Mattel body, but it can look off. DA Dreamer scan looks more like Dreamer than the RA scan, and also it's a little bit smaller so it would look better on a Mattel body
2) You can try a RA Sandman head. I'm not into Mattel world, so I cannot give you any advice about any head.
Here are some customs made by CMD, Sandman with Jakks head and Dreamer I'm not sure, but I think its a Jakks head, the DA scan. Hope it helps

@bigevil - Seeing those Macho Man customs make me want to buy some heads from you, it's a shame that I live outside the States

@smash - Great customs! The only grip that I see is that paint looks sloppy on some customs, Steamboat for example. Try to give more coats with less paint in each coat. Other than that, like I said, nice customs.
