Jimmy and Naomi is a predictable but logical combo.
Nia Jax and Apollo Crews is just so random, it was so obviously thrown together last minute to replace Enzo. This is the first pairing I don't really like. Nia deserves a better partner, given how Apollo is used as a jobber now.
I just found out that Facebook Watch is US only. Does that mean that we won't be able to watch it if we're outside of America? That's really shitty. There is still a verified Facebook group sharing all the posts, so will episodes be uploaded to that?

I was perfectly happy with 2K18. As long as they continue to make improvements each year, I see no need to take a break.

Sasha Banks and Finn Balor is an absolutely amazing team that I cannot wait to see together!
Rusev and Lana was obvious but logical.
So far I'm really happy with all 4 teams so far.

Honestly, if they put as much effort into each yearly game going forward as they did with 2K18, the future of the series looks very bright to me. 2K18 was such a huge step-up in quality in my opinion.

Braun Strowman and Alexa Bliss is a combination I wasn't expecting to see. Should be interesting, though I was really hoping Nia Jax and Braun would be paired together and destroy all the other teams. I wonder who Nia will be paired with now.
Bobby Roode and Charlotte Flair is such a glorious superior combo though! I truly cannot wait to see those two together.
I really do love the concept of these random superstars meshing together. I cannot wait (even if it is on Facebook's awful video player).

To respond to the actual topic, I absolutely believe that society has progressed, and anyone that thinks otherwise is just being foolish in my view. As a whole in first world countries, black people, women, and homosexuals are no longer treated as inferior by the majority. That's definitely a major leap, and in my view that is proof that society has definitely progressed. When I was a kid growing up in the 70's and a teen growing up in the 80's, things were so different. No adults kissed our asses. We were the lesser important people between adults and kids. That's not to say we were unimportant, but we were not at the same league or above adults as most children are now a days. We were disciplined. We had actual consequences. We would not dare say something bad to any adult or disrespect any adult... and if we did dare to, we would have our asses handed to ourselves and then more consequences at home. If we were sitting on a bus with a parent or sitting at a restaurant waiting for a table and there were adults coming in, WE had to get up to let them sit, not the other way around as it is today. As a result, common courtesy is now all but extinct. Tolerance is gone. Everyone is out for themselves with no forethought of how any of our selfishness affects our fellow human beings. There is so much unemployment out there not because it is too hard to get a job, but because many do not have to. Mommy & Daddy support their very grown up and capable children, not to mention the backwards welfare system that also supports the jobless. The grown up children should be helping out THEIR PARENTS, not the other way around. Many Grandparents just about have no choice to support and be surrogate Parents to their Grandkids because their lazy, disrespectful, irresponsible children refuse to do what they have to do and instead go party at the expense of their parents. Not to say that everyone is like that, but I see it so much now and how it's so different. If I could ask anything of you guys, you the children that are still kids and teens... please be the ones to make a difference and be responsible, respect fellow humans and animals. Don't force your parents to have to suffer the hardship of your mistakes or irresponsibilities. Those consequences are yours and yours only, no one else's, not your Parents and not the Welfare system. Know that others have feelings, not only you. You are not better than anyone, nor is anyone better than you. Love yourself, you are important, but so is everyone else. You can make a dire and much needed change in this world and all it takes is a little understanding, facing your mistakes, a dash of responsibility with a touch of tolerance & kindness. JS This is just such a bizarre post to me. Why on earth should a child give up their seat at a table at a restaurant or on a bus for an adult? The point isn't that children should be viewed as equal to an adult (given that they're much earlier in development), but that they need looking after, whereas adults do not. With weaker legs that are less used to standing up for prolonged periods of time, children absolutely need a seat far more than an adult does. Why do you have that expectation? It just seems so backward to me. The whole point of a parent is to look after their child. Since when should a child be expected to look after an adult? The point often made that today's generation is overly disrespectful, as opposed to the supposedly and often claimed "perfect" generation before them is complete bullcrap. The difference is the existence of social media and the internet. Now everyone can see the disrespectful nature of teenagers, whereas before it was not viewable to the world. Before it was hidden, now it is easily seen. I don't know how it is in America, but in the UK it is incredibly difficult, if not impossible, to sponge off of the welfare system for a prolonged period of time. In the UK you have to really work for your benefits. More than that, the government are actively taking money away from people who genuinely do really need it. If an adult is sponging off their parents while refusing to get a job, then I absolutely agree with you that those people are wrong. But the reality is that they are only a minority rather than the majority, as your post seemed to imply. At least, that's how I interpreted it. However by the same token, I don't agree that once children have grown up their parents should rely solely on their children to provide for them. As long as the parents can still work, why shouldn't they continue to provide for themselves? Is that not hypocritical to state that adults should not rely on their children to provide for them, while also claiming that parents should rely on their grown-up children to provide for them? Of course if the grown-up children have enough money to support their parents whilst also providing for themselves, then they absolutely should. As somebody else has already mentioned, the older generation must take responsibility for screwing up the economy. The fact that there are still people of the older generation refusing to take responsibility and shifting blame onto the current generation is sickening. Of course there are people of the current generation taking advantage, but rather like the very generation that they claim "take no responsibility", baby boomers and generation X themselves refuse to take responsibility. Not all baby boomers and generation X of course, because to make a blanket statement about an entire generation would be incredibly foolish, but the ones complaining about the newer generation are usually the ones that don't take responsibility. The fact is that every generation loves to blame, insult, and disrespect any generation that follows them. It has always happened, and it will always happen. There will always be those people. If people treated everyone of every generation equally, the world would be a much more pleasant place. Unfortunately I don't see that happening anytime soon, but there is always hope. I'd just like to finish my post by clarifying that I tried to argue my points in the most respectful manner possible. I'm sure my post will offend and anger some people, but I just could not sit back and ignore this thread.

I hope we don't see too many divas. The majority should be made up of female superstars. A few faces from the past is fine, especially to see what they can do when restrictions haven't been placed on them.
But it should be a 30 superstar match. Any less would not be equal to the men's Royal Rumble. The whole point of women's evolution is to strive for equality.
But seriously, how can you know about this, yet continue to refer to female superstars as "divas"? That awful label was thrown away nearly 2 years ago. The female superstars of today deserve far better than that condescending label carrying connotations of a terrible time for women's wrestling.

I think it's almost a guarantee that both Brie and Nikki Bella will be returning in the Royal Rumble match. Brie's return is something I'm quite looking forward to. Nikki is just ehh.
From that list, I'd also love to see Beth Phoenix, Layla, Trish, Lita, Eve, Kharma & Kaitlyn return. I think if Kaitlyn returned, she'd probably be back to stay rather than just a one-off, given her recently reported desire to return from a few months ago. I felt she could have been far more than she actually was, so a chance to write a whole new chapter in her career is something I would love to see.

Well they hyped up the first ever women's Money in the Bank match, only to ruin what should have been a historic moment, simply for the sake of giving that old misogynist a laugh. So yes, they could do. Could they? Yes. Will they? Maybe. Do I want them to? no!!

That was scary to watch that video, I can't imagine what it would have been like to see live. I really hope it's nothing serious at all, and she isn't out for long, if at all. She only just returned after such a lengthy absence, it would be awful for her to be out again. Regardless, I just hope she's okay.

Hi all. I'm putting together a personalised tablet case for myself. Unfortunately I do not have graphic design skills, and cannot seem to find any pre-existing artwork/posters that I like. Could someone please make me a poster featuring the following in no particular order:
Ultimate Warrior CM Punk (wearing white BITW shirt) Sasha Banks (Pink/yellow attire) AJ Lee Hardy Boyz (WWE 2017) Becky Lynch
Thanks.

They're expensive for what they are, but I'd say they're worth it. So far the only one I own is the Sasha Banks 4x RAW Women's Champion one with a piece of the Summerslam 2017 ring canvas, but I'm tempted to buy more, despite the fact that I have no more wall space. Good quality print, good quality frame.

Most Improved: Braun Strowman. He's gone from generic monster heel to one of the most over and entertaining talents in the company.
Breakout Star: Braun Strowman. Honestly, I see "breakout" and "most improved" as the same thing.
Biggest Surprise of the Year: Hardy Boyz return at WrestleMania. I'd been waiting for Jeff to return since the night he left in 2009. Complete shock to see both Matt and Jeff back. This moment alone easily made it one of the best WrestleManias.
Biggest Disappointment of the Year: James Ellsworth retrieves Ms. Money in the Bank briefcase to ruin what should have been a historic moment. Absolutely horrendous booking purely to make that old misogynist laugh rather than advance and benefit women's wrestling.
Tag Team of the Year: The Usos. I didn't really care for them as a tag team at the start of the year, but their feud with the New Day showcased just how brilliant they truly are, and how much I'd been under appreciating them.
Female Talent of the Year: Alexa Bliss. As much as I dislike her ridiculously superpushed booking this year, I can't deny that she is a total package. Brilliant on the mic, good character, decent in the ring. The atrocious booking of Bayley, as well as the relatively poor booking of Sasha Banks & Becky Lynch this year also ensured this vote for Alexa Bliss.
NXT Talent of the Year: Bobby Roode. What can I say? He is just GLORIOUS!
Male Wrestler of the Year: AJ Styles. Simply phenomenal.
Match of the Year: Any of the Usos/New Day PPV matches. All were jawdroppingly amazing.

Absolutely disgusting behaviour! I am appalled that someone thought themselves justified in throwing a dangerous object at a performer, who is risking their health to entertain the fans night in and night out. I really hope the scumbag who threw the water bottle is brought to justice, in the most severe way possible.

I really cannot wait for the 2018 Royal Rumble! The fact that they have finally scheduled the first ever women's Royal Rumble match just fills me with pure joy. Finally, the women will all compete in the greatest match type of all time! I cannot wait to see who they pick to win, and I especially cannot wait to see some faces from the past return! Personally I hope to see Kaitlyn, Layla, Kharma, Trish, and AJ Lee (an incredibly long shot, I know). I really hope that we don't see Ronda Rousey debut though, as rumours suggest. The further any of those MMA women stay away from competing in WWE, the better. Either way, I have no doubt that the female superstars will be going all out to make the best match they possibly can.
I just hope the show as a whole is a good one, especially coming off the worst Royal Rumble of all time this year. For the 2017 Royal Rumble match they completely forgot what makes the Royal Rumble match so exciting, the shocking one-off returns. Having zero one-off returns was mindbogglingly stupid.

The announcement of the first ever women's Royal Rumble match has made my year. Since the rumour began, I desperately hoped it would turn out to be true. The Royal Rumble match is the greatest natch type of all time, and there is absolutely no reason why women should not compete in it. I cannot wait for this!! The 28th of January cannot come quick enough!
