Moc pic of said Orton. Man... if his similar Elite is anything to go by, this is going to shelf-warm like crazy 😬.

To me it looks like the butterfly joints cause the torso to be so huge. Instead of taking time to make a torso that can handle the joint mechanism they just made this and went meh, people will buy it. Exactly. If they don't have/can't make the correct torso, then I'd rather have the figure with a good torso and no butterfly-joints.

My only issue really with this "Greatest Hits" elite line is that it's not what it's being defined as. A Greatest Hits album is a compilation of a band or artist's best work, sometimes with a bonus track or two Not an entire selection of B-sides and rarities What it feels like they are doing, to me, is looking at figures that were exclusive to a retailer, or not widely distributed, and just re-releasing them so it does kill the value of the originals. But those were not necessarily the best figures they've ever released. In 2010 and 2011 Mattel did "Best of" Elite Series where they re-released figures from different Elite sets that year....then for some reason it just stopped. Plus with almost every figure that's been in the GH line, they could have put out the same character in a different attire or look and people still would have been happy. You're telling me Shawn Michaels doesn't have like 75 different attires that people would want in Elite form? but they spent resources and money just slightly upgrading the Wrestlemania elite? I've been collecting this line literally from Day 1. I have over 1,000 Elite figures. I kind of enjoy the fact that some of them actually have a higher value than most. It's just a nice bonus from all the time, effort, energy and MONEY I have put in to this hobby. I never bought anything with the thought of "oh someday this will be worth hundreds"....no mass-released figure in this era is going to be, really. Even all these GH figures, the originals aren't like this massive gold mine, and they are still selling for 3x the original cost. One thing I really don't want to see happen is for them to start re-doing legit Exclusives (Ringside, Comic Con, etc). Those should always have a premium on them. They were designed to be just that. They weren't "rare" at the time, those who bought em, should have that benefit of their value being high. I know they will though, its just a question of when. ...wasn't the "Seth Cashes In" an exclusive? I was kind of surprised to see that being re-released. While I do generally agree about not re-releasing special/limited figures, I don't mind the way they're re-releasing some earlier RSC exclusive figures as Ultimates (all-pink Bret, B&W Macho)... it gives people who wanted them a chance to get them, while being different from the original releases too.

...you're crazy 🤭. So, is this Warrior torso the same as his other two (that had the butterfly-joints)? Maybe that's why they can do it so easily as a re-lease, as the tooling/sculpting has already been done...? If that’s the case then what was stopping them on Triple H and Bret Hart who both had butterfly figures made after their first release and before the rereleases came out? Yeah, good point. Maybe as they've officially called them "Greatest Hits" now (rather than just re-releases), they're updating them to fit in with the current UE figures... similar to what they do with the Greatest Hits Elites (that have TRUE FX and double-jointed elbows).

Another reason they should have re-released the red jumpsuit HTM (in the Best Of Legends) instead of the blue one: if they make a CC figure, the jumpsuit will/should be blue. It's a different pattern (with red bits)... but it's still mainly blue again.
Do you guys think they should stick to the same LJN attire in the CC - or would any attire from that era be OK? (eg. HTM in a red or black jumpsuit?)

Would love to see the following legends rereleased Magnum T.A (in red trunks) Texas Tornado/Kerry Von Erich (I’d be happy with either version) Hacksaw Jim Duggan (with alternate USA face paint head) Rick Martel AWA/NWA Road Warriors Demolition They'd all be great - I think they only have the rights to Hacksaw though. I'd love a Coliseum Collection version too...

Rereleases we won't see, Sting, LOD, Demolition ☝️ Never say never... they might get figure deals again one day. I think the Stinger will be retiring soon too, so may end up signing a Legends deal(?). Just imagine UE Stings...

Hey Steve - are you guys still able to make Ric Flair figures? Another UE (maybe his Royal Rumble 92 look?) would be awesome...
Also, does Goldberg still have a figure deal?
Keep up the great work 👍.

Only Bruno and Bulldog for me. I really wish HTM was the earlier/red jumpsuit one... it had a better likeness (imo) - and this blue one was (and still is!) sooooo easy to get.

Call me crazy, but I prefer the original torso for the older Warrior. But I do appreciate the effort on Mattel's part to release an improved figure. ...you're crazy 🤭. I wonder why they didn't package Cody with the extra 2 heads showing (like the Logan Paul one)?

I'm neither for or against it, as it doesn't really affect me... if I wanted a figure when it was originally released, then I most likely already have it. Some of the updates are cool... but don't really make much difference if you already have the figure from it's first release. And the original packaging is different too.
I do think some of the choices for the Greatest Hits and Best Of waves are a bit strange (where's all-red Nash? white-ranger Seth?) - but Mattel probably know better than me, lol.

Wait... did The Shield Seth win that UE poll? 🙏 Nope. They’re rereleasing him in the next greatest hits Elite line. Yeah, sorry - I deleted my post after watching the video.

Based on what I see... - Torso does look mildly different, got me wondering about butterfly shoulders 🤷🏻♂️ - Duster looks different for sure - Austin got pinless elbows, so I assume the same as warrior... - they added "Greatest Hits" on the back of the box

I've seen a few hardcore collectors on a toy forum ask for them, but it's not really the kind of thing the average collector is craving. And even then, there's a difference between liking/wanting something and the reality of having to actually pay for it... people were raving over the Nitro stage when they first saw it (before the crowd-fund was announced) - yet in reality, less than 4K people were willing to buy/back it. Crowd funds aren't for "the average collector" I'll rephrase it then: "it's not really the kind of thing enough collectors are craving".

But it was always going to be expensive... these things are. And the Nitro stage failing had nothing to do with them having released the New Gen entrance way and ring... they were totally different things being offered.
